But the new room seem is model and nice. I am appreiate for the customer service. They are all nice.

However,on the following day the new key is didn;t work . Also, Hotel didn;t change the lock at the room, if somepoeple get our key they can go into our room directly. Security issue

Only top floors are clean and many rooms are without outside windows. There is no European food service at all. Few staff speak English even at the front desk. Breakfast service is army style.

Viaggiatori d'affari United States of America, 21 marzo 2013	Chinese Tourist Hotel Excellent central business location. 4,3 Initial impression was terrible as there was a doorman/bellman but he refused to offer me assistance as I struggled to bring my bags from the taxi to the hotel reception desk. As I was scheduled for 5 nights I had two reservations as I had extended my original 3 nights to 5. The receptionist told me I must register again at the end of my first three days! Then she put me in a small "inside room" with no windows for my 5 night stay; I objected and was then given a high floor corner room on the back side of the hotel, which was excellent. The morning "breakfast buffet" was Chinese Army style. there was no English room service Once the staff got to know me the service improved.
