Li S. Gruppi Hong Kong, 22 novembre 2012	Great location great location and services 8,3 The hotel is very nearby the tourist information centre and a Japanese style Hot Spring. One can enjoy the hot spring easily. Besides this one, there is also a public one with swimming pool. The room is comfortable with hot spring as well inside the room. Even though the hotel is non smoking, I can smell the smoke inside the room, may be some tourists not observe the regulation so I requested to change the room. And they are so willing to let me. The staff are very helpful and nice. The bed is not firmed enough but still ok though. I would appreciate the friendly staff at the breakfast eating place, they are industrious and cheerful, the food provided is excellent. Walk about 5-10 mins to reach the main street, lots of food choices, shops and the railway station. Sugg. su attrazioni: Must prepare for rainy season in winter.

Very good location. 8 hotel is in a very good location, very near train station, easy to access to anywhere. surrounding many food to choose. although hotel is small but very clean, staff very nice to introduce surroundings and show you the way. recommend to stay if limited budget as price on internet are relatively low and for this standard with the price quoted from internet, worth to stay.

Only thing is the room is very old dated and lack of sunlight. However, overall is clean and tidy. Location is good, it is near the bus station (coming from Taipei) and downtown area.

It is a family-owned hotel thus the service was excellent. We reached the hotel early, about 11am and the check-in time is 3pm. The hotel was fully booked the night before and rooms are not ready. The boss directed his staff to upgrade our room so that we can check-in immediately as it was raining outside. Sugg. su attrazioni: The jiaoxi hotspring is just 3 min walk behind the hotel where you can enjoy free foot bath. It is worth a visit as there are serveral pools with different temperature for you to choose. The landscaping is nice and according to the locals, the pools are cleaned daily.

When I ask them how to dial theh phone from the room, they told me is very expensive to use from the hotel. Advise me just buy a phone card, can dial from public phone which just beside the h0tel.
Ong P. Gruppi Singapore, 4 ottobre 2011	Lovely hotel with good customer services Clean, spacious modern look hotel room. 9,3 I stayed for a night in Tian Long hotel on the 3rd of Oct 2011. The customer service personals who greeted us upon our arrival was warmth and ,meticulous.They assist us to the room and advised about the attraction of Jiao Xi area and local food delights. This is a 7 level with Spa facilites on the top floor(7-floor)and was equipped with an adult and a children pool. The bathroom in the hotel room was clean too and has a huge hot-spring style bath-tub. All the water the proprietor c;aimed was actually flow from the Jiao Xi Hot spring hill sources. There is no doubt as the smell of the water was a bit alkaline and not pure water. The buffet provided was average but not bad either , western and Taiwan porridge.
