Coppie Italy, 22 marzo 2012	hotel piacevole molta cortesia nel servizio i personale molto disponibile, ottima posizione, molto vicino al centro città 8,3 una buona permanenza nella città con un hotel con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo personale ben preparato all'accoglienza cliente e molto disponibile un piccolo difetto cibo un pocoscarso e con prezzo elevato.

Coppie Germany, 14 maggio 2011	Sauberes Hotel mit guter Lage in Bangkok Sauberes Hotel, freundlicher Roomservice, netter doorman, geraumiges Zimmer mit guter Aussicht auf Bangkok 8,3 Grosses Haus mit 23 Etagen - zwei schnelle Aufzuege, ausreichend - freundliche Pagen, sehr freundliche Zimmerdame, die immer ein nettes Wort hat. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 20. Stock, welches einen guten Ueberblick ueber Bangkok bot. Das Zimmer war mit 2 Betten ausgestattet, ein Doppelbett und ein EZ/Bett. Fuer zwei Personen ueberdimensonal gross. Zimmer ist sehr sauber gewesen. grosses Lob. Aber auch etwas negatives ist zu berichten: Alles was man zusaetzlichen buchen will ist fuer thailaendische Verhaeltnisse viel zu teuer. z.B. Nutzung des Internets fuer 30 Minuten 60 barth (Vergleichsweise im Internetcafee 30 Minuten 10 barth. Fruehstueck war uns ebenfalls viel zu teuer. Die Nutzung des WiFi sowie die Nutzung des Pools (sehr klein).

Food was so-so with traditional thai food brought out on a bed of chips (fries) instead of rice. Large drinks menu but told that only beer and lemon juice were available. Fantastic view from the restaurant.

I am very happy to stay @ this hotel 8,3 First at all very easy to check in and make payment. Second very friendly staffs I am so glade for that.quiet and clean big room. Most important for me is easy access to wat phra keaw & grand place.
