room 5S is normal. light too slow....
check in never waiting 2:00pm very good. i think all customer well like it.

A very convenient hotel in Hat Yai
Close to the shooping centers, abundant tuk tuk to go around and close to many local eating place.

I had a great time in Hat Yai and it's because the hotel was centrally located and it's close to many places you can go by walking.

Great location, in-polite receptionist staff and old building hotel need to renovated

just stayed for one night, hotel building quite old but the bed was so comfortable... near to lee garden plaza.. the staff was so rude and in-polite..wifi only available at the lobby.. no water heater jug at the room

Everybody in Hatyai smiles except the staff of Siam Centre Hotel
Got into an argument with cashier about Room bar.. not diplomatic at all
Air-conditioner leaks in some rooms, flush doesn't work properly. Had to fill the bath trash bin from the shower to flush down the poo. Room safes don't work. No hot water jugs in hotel. Electrical points falling apart. I might stay there again... but only for location and price
