Near the beach
clean, near the beach, spacious room

We visit during the Sonkran Festival, all rooms are fully booked and we didn't get the room that we had booked from a month ago (the one with balcony) because the staff said other guests came much earlier before us and they will stay longer. We got the room at the 4th floor that smaller than other room and without balcony. The hotel doesn't have lift so my husband bring our luggages by himself (especially since all the staff are ladies). But beside those issues, our stay in Sunshine Guest House is generally ok.

Lovely guest house near to beach and stores
very nice people, family-like atmosphere, cheap thai massages, close to a beautiful beach, 5min walk to a big shopping complex,

There is no breakfast included,but just on the other side of the street there are a few really nice restaurants that serve bereakfast as well.

Guest house is near beach about 3 minutes by walk, room is clean and comfortable, good price and smile service. Strong recommened.

Beyond my imagination that you spent such a price in return of a nice, spacious and very clean hotel. I reckon the room is 250 sq ft + with a balcony for afternoon tea. The hotel has been maintained in very good shape.

Great location near beach
Near the beach, only 5min from market

sunshine guest hotel was amazing value for money, the room was light and spacious with a balcony looking onto the street. the beach was just a 2minute walk away. the market and shopping centre were also only a 5minute walk away.
the room was very clean and reception were helpful and friendly. i would stay again if i were to come back to the area.

Great location, nice room, but a little downsides

i loved the location! it was really close to the beach, within 3 minutes walk.
the room was big and very clean, thanks to the housekeepers.
my room was on 4th floor and there was no lift, which was ok but a little tough when you are carrying big baggages.
there was a tv in the room but it didn't work well.
the bathroom was very clean but not enough hot water, just trickling.
it was basically fairly quiet room, but the noise from the street just came through, and one night there were very noisy guys just across the street and i couldn't sleep all night (it was not the hotel's fault, though).
the staff were not very friendly or helpful, they were just relaxing on the couch at the lobby which should have been supposed to be for guests use.
on the whole i enjoyed the stay, but it could have been less expensive considering the facilities and all.

i feel so good at this location.i can work to the beach in 5 minute.room is comfortable but not wifi.next trip to huahin i comback to stay again.

Small guest house near beach, absolutely willing t
Great location, 2 minutes walking distance to the Hua Hin beach, the room is small but clean, helpful friendly staffs!

the room is small but clean enough for my allergic skin, very clean everywhere in the guest house including the balcony, even the space under beds! wonderful!
2 minutes away from the best beach in hua hin, quiet and peaceful.
no breakfast but not a big problem, there're many local delis around, convenient stores are very near as well.
low price! a good place to spend vacations.
definitely willing to visit again.

It seems like no way to avoid mosquitoes.
The beach closes around 5:30 PM, never figure the correct time out. You need to leave the beach before it or the gate will be closed.

War das Geld wert; wir haben uns wohl gefühlt mit 2 Kindern (6 u. 3 1/2), sher ruhige Lage, Im Gäastehaus kein Lärm wahrnehmbar.
(Sie sind witzig: wenn kein Essen angeboten wird, kann man auch keine Beurteilung dazu abgeben. Habe zwangsweuise "5" gegeben, damit ich überhaupt aus dem "Beurteilen" herauskam. Das müssen Sie (=Agoda) ändern!!!

freundliche Athmosphäre, für diesen Preis kann man kaum mehr verlangen, würde wieder dort buchen. Gut isoliert,
