Coppie Australia, 7 maggio 2013	good value for money family orientated hotel close to town with good ambiance, close to the beach and most amenities 6,7 On arrival we found the check staff very friendly and the process efficient,we were given our room key but when we tried to work the a/c it did not work, we called the desk and the person they sent up was sceptical at first but realised that our complaint was genuine so we were changed to another room. Apart from that our stay was quite pleasant but we might choose another hotel in future as we did not feel that the family friendly policy of the hotel suited our needs.

Hua Hin vineyard , Elephant village and several places of religion.

Relatively close to the beach and shopping centers. 6 In general okay, but not the 4 stars Breakfast was fine at the Thai part, but at the continental part it was nothing to write home about (coffee was bad). Service in genral on high standard. Especially cleaning at the rooms was good and very satisfactory. Private safety box in the room in stead of at the reception would have appreciated.
