Ottimi bungalow, con qualche euro in più è meglio prenotare quelli deluxe. Spiaggia di long beach tra le più belle. Peccato che per raggiungere il centro di phi phi bisogna prendere il taxi boat, in alternativa a piedi ci vogliono 20 minuti di strada approfittando della bassa marea.

la struttura è nell'insieme buona, stanze pulite e spaziose. proprietari e staff molto disponibili e cortesi in ogni situazione. Unica pecca non ha bar o ristorante ma sull'isola ci sono servizi di questo genere offerti da altri resort quindi non se ne sente la mancanza. Nell'insieme una buona soluzione.

A bit to expensive for what you get. Though, if you are not looking to go to Phi Phi to party Long Beach is the place to stay. I would recommend this hotel if you don't mind a simple hotel. You find breakfast at the hotel next door and you will be sitting right on the beach.

The hotel was in a great location if you like quiet. The trip to the main area on the island by water taxi was not that long. The deluxe rooms I believe were a bit to far back from the beach. Night life around the resort is virtually non existent, which is fine if you are after quiet. All in all we enjoyed a very nice 2 nights at the resort.

Overpriced hotel and poor customer service

Everything you read about this hotel on different reviews are true. It is overpriced and the rooms are old and not well maintained.
The worst thing about the hotel , and always a recurrent theme on the reviews that I should have read before booking is the cold, unfriendly and rude staff, mainly the lady at reception who is so abrupt and obviously not interested in your well being or comfort but more into how to make more money out of you.
The room is furnished with old furniture and not well maintained. Towels are dirty and smelly.
The idea of their continental breakfast is one coffee, one very small juice, 3 small pieces of fruit and a pancake.
The pictures on the website are so dated and don't look like anything in real life.
Nearby resorts are equally well situated and much nicer inside for exactly same price and often cheaper.
Don't book if you don't want to be disappointed.

Don't let yourself talked into buying taxy boat rides, excursions, snorkelling trips or equipment from the hotel reception as all of these can be purchased half the price only a few meters down the beach or in town.

Ripp off with unpleasant atmosphere

Stay in Long Beach area is generally expensive but in other resorts you see what you pay for. In PP Blue Sky you pay the same but you get close to nothing. Rooms are very basic and old - there has been no refurbishment for years. Staff was unpleasant and not flexible at all. They refused breakfast even if we said in advance we will be 30mins late. Breakfast is small and not good. It also is the ONLY hotel that does not pick you up from the pier and you must pay for yourself. The owner only takes care of selling you more stuff (private boat, internet, transfer to pier) and does not help in any case. Our advice: pay even 1000THB extra but choose other place. There are many hotels in the area where you pay 200THB more but get better rooms, good breakfast, pool etc.

Was a bit of a walk from the reception to the hotel room which started to get annoying. However for the location of the hotel was the best. Close to most bars and restaurants.

Go to the restaurants by the pier, they usually have a fire show and decent prices for drinks. Great place to wind down.

our stay was very nice the staff was very friendly. The bungalows were clean and comfortable. location was very good but can very costly if you want to travel into town regularly. Not much choice for food on this location.Over all our stay was very relaxing.
