Good location, helpful and nice staff, big room! 9,3 Was just going to stay 3 nights in Koh Tao but partly because of this great room and hotel I stayed another three nights extra! You wont regret it if you choose to stay at Ban's!

Viaggiatori singoli United States of America, 20 gennaio 2013	Overpriced and dank Nice, helpful staff who speak English 5,3 if you're going to ko tao to get your padi cert or to party with an international crew then you should stay here. if not, stay somewhere else! the rooms are overpriced for what you get - dark, small, smells like mildew, bad wifi, uncomfortable beds.

Basically it was climbing a mountain. I would only make 2 trips a day (before dinner and then back to the room). Also there was no phone in the room so if you needed anything it would take about 10 minutes downhill then another hot 20 minutes up the hill to get anything (ex. the wireless password). The staff were great though and the views and room were amazing.

Considering I booked 2 months in advance, I was rather annoyed and said I would not be moving! nice bungalow rooms and mine had a stunning view of the whole cove. No breakfast included, though other hotels along sariee I stayed in same star had breakfast included. Over all a good stay. Sugg. sulla vita notturna: Lotus bar 10 minutes along from Bans is really nice and chilled.

I was using the golf cart shuttle until I got yelled at by one of the staff that it was only for check in and and check out. I was in shock that staff yelled at me. The walk was long in the heat of the day or at night it was dark. The hotel is geared for divers. The pools are full of divers and instructors. Not all the rooms are on top of the mountain.
