Ho avuto problemi con il voucher

Ho avuto problemi alla reception quando sono arrivato e ho consegnato il vostro voucher. Non trovavano la prenotazione e mi chiedevano la carta di credito pur essendo già pagata. Per il resto nessun problema e anzi molta disponibilità e gentilezza del personale ai piani.

The hotel standard downgrades compare to last year
Nice hotel Lobby and swimming pool facility.

The hotel's overall rating in my opinion downgrades compare to my last year's stay.
Some stuffs are now not available per room (like the bath robe and slippers). The towels are also limited, only two towels were provided, with no hand towel.
The receptionists are also not nice, as they are shouting to some customers.
The receptionists are also insufficient, as it's peak season (Thai New year), and more customers are waiting for check out and check in.

Great location and clean but lousy maintenance

It is quite clean but the maintenance is quite bad. Very old furniture and frequent breakdown of lifts.

Every thing are fine but cannot find hair dryer. The King size only have 5ft wide. TV is very small too.

Enjoyed this hotel...all good except large tour groups arrive 24/7 and are loud in the hallways,block ythe lifts and the breaky buffet,but the staff are very happy and helpful,its in a quiet soi but you can walk yo central festival,the beach and big C and there is plenty of cheap eats around the area.the room is clean a good size and has a lovely view.the pool is fun for the children.
