The message shows on the reception board th " Lady is free of charge". I don't know what does that mean but it's suck.

Room was large, value for money 3,3 The staff were not friendly at all, there was a restaurant on site HOWEVER it was separate from the hotel apparently and the staff were very arrogant and you could not get a seat...very disappointing

Having my own transport makes this a good option as the surrounding area is quiet and away from the hustle and noise of the bar scene.

Location is quite far from anything notable. Not walking distance to anything interesting, as far as I saw. Maybe Ok if you plan to stay around the pool, or if you have a car. There is a buggy service that will go to the main road. Check-in and check-out was slow. I've stayed in many, many hotels, but the receptionist was the rudest hotel staff member I have ever met, and left me with a bad feeling about the place. I heard other people had found the front-desk to be very rude when trying to book the room. This spoilt the feeling. For this reason, I cannot recommend Cocco Resort.

Coppie United States of America, 13 febbraio 2013	quiet hotel away from the action resort style 7 when we booked in they said they were full, but luckily the manager gave us the penthouse suite to make up for the error. the hotel was french style with french food. the tv and cable were adaquate but had no news channels. it was far from everything but they provide a tuk tuk to the main road. from there you had to pay for a taxi especially at night.
