very bad behavior of the cleaning staff in morning

staff should be more helpful,did not get the rooms according to specifications,they were giving better rooms in direct selling,does not understand basic communication,even unable to understand simple items like tissue paper,good property but staffs need more polish,the cleaning staff even fought and behaved very rudely who is a thai female while checking out.we always book thru agoda request you not to send tourists to such hotels which will spoil your reputation.

Affordable hotel for students
Cheap rate, good location, clean swiming pool

Poor hotel, only fit for local students. They can afford the price. Staffs behavior very strange, they will not happy when you will arrive the hotel. Can not order food at room. No good perking facility. Look very cheap hotel but of course in a cheap price.

Good location, poor hotel

If I have fair money for my next trip to Pattaya, I will always avoid this hotel. Can not order food at room. Staff attitude not friendly. They tried to push me to take separate bed room while I booked large bed room. Overall very cheap hotel from every aspect.

The staff was rude, especially one lady at the reception who should urgently go back to whatever job (eg. room cleaning) she was doing before and that doesn't require interaction with customers: unavailable, unkeen, clearly and emphatically annoyed at any request (I made her exactly 2 information request in several days), she gave me the worst hotel welcome I remember, and kept on being like that all the time. The other lady was much nicer, though.
The WiFi was sloppy, very often disconnecting for no reason.
The hotel was not clean, especially the staircases (I was on 4th floor, no lift either).
No breakfast.
The swimming pool was nice: not too small, and very deep. Not too clean, though.
Not to far from Jomtien beach (avoid Pattaya's: too dirty, really) and other amenities.
Very close to the Walking Street and several nice restaurants.

Service bad ask for morning call but no one call until miss the trip to beach... Bathroom water very small, a lot ant in the room , tv received very bad.....

Quite location close to the beach

The hotel is well situated in soi 11, just back from beach road, the room i had was a great room although it was on the top floor with no lift, thats fine during the day but!!!!, the staff are friendly but speak little english and on the first day i had no soap, the second day no sugar and if you like to drink tea in the morning bad luck they dont have any at all. All in all i would stay there again mainly because of the location the price the cleanliness and polite staff.

Fix the shower plumbing!
Very friendly staff, nice garden/pool area.

the place is in need of a facelift. a little paint and some updated pluming fixtures would work wonders. staff was excellent, food good, great location. shower was hot; then cold. very aggravating. electric plug ins are scarce, (2), for the entire room. wifi worked well. average for now but could be so much better with alittle tlc.

Good position , old smoky room
located next to beach , 10 minute walk to walking street , 7 minutes to central festival

Unfriendly staff , couldnt find my agoda booking , did not smile once , so much for thai hospitality , really if they dont like toursits in their country please leave the tourist industry , room was smokey but clean , the cleaner was friendly , there is a massage parlour in the front for foot massage etc , plenty of restaurants around , 2 minutes to beach , little bit of parking on premises.
There are 100s of hotels in pattaya , i wouldnt stay here again , you have plenty to choose from.
