Great hotel with friendly staff and brilliant pool
Absolutely brilliant, long and clean pool that you can directly walk in to straight from the room. Free wifi. Wonderful staff.

Love the design, cleanliness and very quiet ... I was so relaxed. There are restaurants, convenient stores, Car/Bike for rent, Sauna and beach is not that far but not walkable. Best to rent vehicle coz taxi service is expensive.
Staffs were nice and friendly especially the young boy reception, very active and service mind.
Breakfast area had some flies. Kitchen staffs turned on their music very loud.
Kitchen opened at 8.30 am, quite late if plan to go out early (i think its ok to not purchase breakfast coupon).
Overall I love this place coz its quiet, clean and comfortable + modern design.

We had the best stay here. The room was amazing, big, clean, loved the personal touch of the art work painted on the wall. The pool was incredible. The staff were always friendly. The place was clean and quiet. We had booked for 3 nights but loved it so much we stayed another night. will definitely come back to stay here again. 10 out of 10.

This hotel is quite new; its set back from main road. The design/architecture is interesting- the plot of land is long & narrow, so there are two long buildings, with a long, rectangular pool down the mimiddle of the property.If your room is ground floor, you might have people swimming right by your room, as these rooms have balconies that open literally onto the pool. If you want more privacy, request a 1st floor room . Overall hotel design is sort of modernist/minamalist; lots of white and recycled cement elements. The bed was very comfortable, good internet, quiet location. Full sized tub, and separate modern shower, which was nice. You will need a care hire or motorbike as Rawai/Nai Harn beaches are 4-5 kms away. A B 400 taxi return fare. Davinci, a popular italian restaurant is just down the road, as are several european coffee shops/cafes. I had a peaceful nice stay here

i stayed for a e week it s a very modern hotel with an amazing swimming of 50 meters long (many deckchairs) ,with very confortable room and modern bathroom
room were clean everyday and providing 2 bottles of water free ,high speed internet acces from the room
the hotel is difficult to find so print the map find in the website for your taxi driver.The closest beach , nai harn , is quite far ( 3 km ) the best is to rent a motor bike in the hotel or to the shop just beside
the reception is not really efficient and seems not understant well english but , nevertheless helpfull and smilly
if you like french bakery near the pound at nai harn beach a french bakery provide excellent "pain au raisin" and "pain au chocolat" (open at 7.30 am)

I stayed for a week in February. Overall the hotel itself is not too bad but if you don't rent a motorbike, you've got to spend at least 500 baht for transportation. There is no public service around the area. The nearest beach is nai harn which is 30 mins away by walk or it costs 400 Baht for return by taxi. Getting to Pattong costs 1,000 baht, kata 600 and phuket town 600. Surprisingly it is lower rate and unnegotiable.
Room condition is not immaculate. Especially I wasn't happy with bathroom because there was moles and fur on the basin and toilet. Sometimes housekeeping forgot providing bathing towels for using after swimming. However room is big and the pool is huge and well maintained.
If you rent own vehicle and are family traveller, it's recommendable. Otherwise you need to calculate extra cost for getting around.

Excellent hotel spotless and comforatbel bed.

we had a wondeful stay in this hotel. it was beautifully dessigned and the facilities were great, lovely pool and pool side with a cafe for breakfast. it os 5 mins drive to naiharn beach so geat locations and loads of little local restuarnts around the horel i will definitely go again. the staff were also very friendly.thank you
