Lovely hotel, impeccable service

This is a great hotel, the service and accommodation were first class. A short shuttle bus ride takes you into the small, quiet town where there are lots of bars and restaurant, best suited to families.

great view, nice facilities, good food
restaurants are good, nice view on lake and beach, pretty room

we tried every restaurant in this hotel. we don't like the beach bar very much. there is no service, and wheneverwe met waiters they just repeat again the minimum charge which makes pp not to happy. otherwise, we love the Thaai food pretty restaurant. and rooms are super pretty.

Very pleasant stay and the hotel was great.
Beach was a bit disappointing and in places absolutely thick in litter.
Needs to be cleaned regularly and some dangerous glass and wires which take away the ambience.
