You get what you pay for

Stayed 3 nights in private 'bungalow', the room was ok, clean with modern buddha artwork. The rate was extremely cheap so we weren't surprised that it was very basic with a combined bathroom - a shower head next to the toilet and basin with no screen. The in-room safe did not work, we had to ask for full size bath towels. Air-con worked but thermostat inaccurate. No bed spread or blankets. We did not get a good night sleep as could hear our Thai next-door neighbours conversations and traffic as the resort is situated right on a busy road. The pool was great. The free wi-fi worked extremely well from our room which was a nice change from bigger resorts we had stayed in. It was quiet in the evenings. We enjoyed a drink at the bar and used their computer and internet, and had the pool table to ourselves. The staff seemed rushed at breakfast when several guests were there at once. We were told as we were the 6th table there would be a wait. We didn't mind as we were on holiday and we had seen their tiny kitchen. We felt sorry for the lady in charge when the table next to us demanded that because they waited so long for their meal it required a 2nd coffee which they would not be paying for. How rude! I think overall the hotel (I struggle to call it a resort) did ok for what they charge.

A few doors up is a charming, refreshingly modern and clean Swedish owned restaurant called Two Chefs, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with excellent food and friendly service - there is also another one in town with live music from 8pm daily. We visited both restaurants twice each during our stay and could not be more thrilled with the food or the service. Seeing as we were saving money in the accommodation, we were happy to spend more at a place some reviewers have called expensive, but it was absolutely worth it!

Great place but little far from beach

Place is nice but little far from beach. Rooms are clean and service is good. Own pool is nice but not very big. Night light is not for reading but it is okey.

Hotel staff were more than helpful with everything. Food was good and inexpensive. Arranging Taxi to airport was extra service.

Bad location but friendly staff

Located about 15 min walk from the beach dont sound to bad, but the isint a sidewalk all the way wich means with thai traffic that you have to look behind you all the time.
The hotel got fair for price clean rooms and a friendly staff, also you can use the pc at the bar for free wich also got a printer wich is nice.
All in all a good hotel for the price although the location could be better

Enjoyed a lovely welcome from the receptionist who was polite and enthusiastic. Rooms are of a good standard and have nice balconies.

Great location with generous space

i booked this hotel by mistake, but no regrets at all. the hotel is located not far from the karon beach (2 mins drive, or 10 mins walk). it is minutes away from a main street with lots of shops and restaurants. the apartment suite comes with a good size balcony, open plan kitchen and living room. the bedroom is massive, there is so much space. staff are very friendly too. the only thing to bear in mind is that if you have an early flight and need to check out early, make sure you check with the receptionist. this hotel is a family run business and it is not open 24 hours. their official opening hours are 8:00am to midnight.

Didn't expect resort to be next to busy road

The resort was on the side of main road to Karon Beach. The bungalows were older and towards the rear of the small plot. The rooms in the main building were better quality but were adjacent to the main road. Staff were friendly but their language skills varied a lot. Bar on site served food, but no restaurant
