Pessima ricezione..sorrisi ..ma non sostanza..Eccessiva e cinica attenzione al profitto ...ho dovuto pagare un forfait caro per un paio di ciabatte finite sotto il letto e che non si trovavano...come se le avessi prese...ma figuriamoci!!!..Pessimi i servizi della s.p.a.non danno ciò che promettono..

La posizione del l'hotel e' molto comoda e vicino al centro di Patong e nonostante tutto silenziosa..l'hotel e' accogliente e anche il personale e' disponibile..lo consiglio vivamente!!

ho prenotato un tavolo vista mare alle 21:30 ,siamo arrivati con 15 minuti di ritardo e il tavolo e stato ceduto a un'altra coppia ,poche spiegazioni.....no comment

A very nice and fulfilling stay.

We were advised to upgrade to Deluxe room for an additional 2000THB per nite. It was worth it because there were 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 children from 4 to 14 y.o. The Deluxe room is spacious with lovely bathroom.

Beautiful Resort, Not so beautiful beach

This was literally the only hotel/resort in Patong that was a beachside accomodation. The hotel had its own private beach opening. The hotel also had spacious rooms. I would recommend this hotel again even though it did have some misgivings:
- Beautiful bathroom but there was no barrier from the toilet/shower to the rest of the bedroom. You'd smell and hear everything from where you are
- Pleasant encounters with the staff except upon checking in, I booked 3 rooms for my entire party. Once it came time to actually sign for the room, the hotel staff only directed everything to the male counterparts in my party (I booked, and I was the youngest female). This did not sit well with me.
- Patong beach was fun but the surrounding beach of the resort was dirty. If the hotel made an effort to clean the surrounding beach outside of the property, this would be an amazing resort.
