Famiglie con figli grandi Italy, 25 febbraio 2013	Hotel molto piacevole, camere pulite Camere a noi assegnate adiacenti alla piscina pensile 8 albergo molto bello, breakfast con molta scelta. abbiamo pranzato con piatti europei e trovati molto buoni. avuto problema con doccia e sono intervenuti subito nel frattempo di hanno dato una camera in sostituzione per poter fare doccia . l'unica pecca è che la struttura si trova fuori dal centro di pattong beach ma con il taxi in meno di 5 minuti si raggiunge il centro.

We wished the rooms are bigger even though we had the grand seaview deluxe... but we loved the views fr the room and the pool. It was one of the nicest pools we have ever seen at a hotel... and we have seen over a dozen in Phuket itself.. Breakfast was not creative for a resort hotel where most people stay for a few nights at least. Great location, just 10 mins to Patong. Would be happy to stay here again.

You will need to hire a scooter as it is about a 5 min ride into town!

Philip P. Coppie United States of America, 5 maggio 2013	I regret staying in this hotel. None None None 3,7 Whoever designed this hotel should return back the money it was paid. To get to our room, there was no elevator access. You have to go up 1 floor up then go down the a flight of stairs. Breakfast food wasn't that great. The staircase was leaking from above another staircase. My girlfriend accidentally hit the hot pot and hot water poured on her lap and suffered 1st and 2nd degree burn. The hotel didn't have first aid for it, nor did they send anyone to check on her. They didn't even recommend a clinic for us to go to. Difficulty understanding English at the reception area.

The internet was not as good as I would have liked, but it was not an essential part of my trip so I really did not miss it. I would recommend the hotel to couples that like to spend the day at Patong and return to spend a peaceful evening.

I would say however be prepared to walk up stairs. We had the most amazing views however be prepared to walk up a few stairs for it. Great service with friendly staff who all understood English. The pool also had an amazing view over Patong, we could see the fireworks at night. Highly recommend.

Would be good if there were more signages that provided directions within the resort - it was very confusing for us. However, this is because rooms are set atop a hill hence would need to climb some steps to get from one place to another - not recommended if travelling with elderly. Infinity pool is gorgeous, could stay in resort and chill all day!
