It will be a good gesture if the staffs put on more of a smiles. The service standard and friendliness compared to frequent visits many years ago seems to be disappearing in Phuket.

Anyway there are things that has yet to be improved: (i) the swimming pool is fake (there is but is a little big bigger than a bath - totally useless), (ii) there is not any internet connection in the room at all (even for payment - nothing), only at the lobby, and something I absolutely DIDN'T LIKE is the fact that from a certain day I've been told that the looby pc (the only one with a free internet connection was not anymore for free internet usage but has became at payment - when I have an email from the staff, before to make the reservation, ensuring there was a pc with a free internet connection available - fake). I'm quite sure I'll not be back in this hotel (at the same price there are bunches of better hotels in the same area).

Viaggiatori singoli Australia, 25 ottobre 2012	lovely rooms straight across from the beach 9,7 staff were very helpful. the only down side was that there were lights out along the walk to my unit. being a single traveller it was a bit scary. the rooms were immaculate and breakfast was wonderful. they need to add croissants to the breakfast menu if possible. prime location. Sugg. sullo shopping: Bargain hard with a smile. Most speak English really well but pretend not to at times. Always good for a laugh.
