l'hotel non mi e' molto piaciuto anche se si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. le camere sono rumorose , ho dovuto chiedere di cambiarmi camera per due volte ma speciual;men te di notte il continuo rumore impedisce di riposare . inoltre proprio a mezzo metro dalla mia camera e' in costruzione o rinnovamente un hotel , per cui i rumori sono motiplicati

a 500 metri dalla Bangla dove ci sono tutti i divertimenti e a 100 metri dalla spiaggia

NON E' LA PRIMA VOLTA CHE SOGGIORNO IN QUESTO ALBERGO. CHE NON MI HA MAI DELUSO. CERTO NON E' UN HOTEL A CINQUE STELLE MA IL COSTO RIDOTTO, L'UBICAZIONE VICINO ALLA SPIAGGIA ED AL CENTRO DI PATONG, LO RENDONO ASSOLUTAMENTE IMBATTIBILE PER UNA CLIENTELA CHE NON COGLIA SPENDERE GROSSE CIFRE. IL PERSONALE DELL'ALBERGO E' STATO RECENTEMENTE TUTTO RINNOVATO, ED E' ANCORA PIU' EFFICENTE E AMICHEVOLE RISPETTO ALLO SCORSO ANNO. LA CLIENTELA NEL MESE DI SETTEMBRE ERA GENERALMENTE GIOVANE ED ASIATICA, UN BELL'AMBIENTE QUINDI. L'HOTEL NON E' GUEST FRIENDLY CI SI PUO SOGGIORNARE SENZA MOLTI IMBARAZZI CON LA FAMIGLIA ED I FIGLI.
INTERNET GRATUITO E VELOCE. UN CANALE TELEVISIVO ITALIANO. UNICA NOTA NEGATIVA LA PRIMA COLAZIONE CHE E' DESIMANTE SCARSA E RIPETITIVA PER UN SOGGIORNO SUPERIORE ALLA SETTIMANA.

1. the beach is just 2 mins walk from the hotel, so is very near.
2. staffs are very friendly and helpful, you can ask them any nice places to go. The hotel tour is very friendly and he can speak mandarin.
3. No swimming pool.
4. many spas and massage centre next to the hotel. you can find there are many restaurants (Nice food)and pubs or club around there.
5. 15-20 mins walk to Jungceylon shopping mall.
6. the room is clean but a bit dark, the lights is not strong.
7. however, the bathtub is too high and after I shower and I nearly fall. Plus, the water supply stop in the halfway when I showered and washed my hair!
Overall, the hotel is good and i will come back to this hotel again next time.

hotel clean and staff friendly
close to beach can to there any time, staff friendly, room clean.

First day i go to hotel, the room i feel not suitable for me, than i speake to the staff , n next day the staff change the room for me, i feel the staff there is very good service, second is my handphone charge can not fit the plug i talk to them, they street away borrow me the universal adaptor. my feel is very good.
