Famiglie con figli piccoli Italy, 1 gennaio 2013	Very very BAD service Sea vew 4 Servicio malissimo,imposible comunicar con el personal,no hablan ingles,y son poco cordiales.he roto un vaso nel disajuno y tuve que pagar 100 bht, y me pedieron 2000 bht por noche x una cama adicional, al final pagamos 1000bht, cada día tuve que llamar por champoo y tovallas, habitaciones grande con buena vista, zona piscina abandonada,todo esta viejo ,no es un 4 estrella. Se puede encontrar hoteles mas barato en lor rededores de mejor calidad.... La posición es buena lejo dal ruido pero cerca a todo.. Sugg. sulla cucina: Cerca del hotel hay restaurante muy bonitos, loker , mauricio y mas ,pero caros

Gruppi Singapore, 12 maggio 2013	Good hotel but poor location Swiimming pool, swimming pool and swimming pool 6,3 The location is quite far away (about 15mins)to the main activity area and the beach around Soi Bangla. The tutup to anywhere is a standard rate of 200baht. Hence going to and from about 2 -3 times daily cost me quite a fair bit just on transport.

This hotel is mounted on a steep hill and staff drive you up and down the hill in vehicles. The hotel is tired and needs some general maintenance. It is away from the noise of Patong so this is an advantage but it costs 200bht to get into town so be prepared to pay this or walk. However, if you love a view, this is a good place to stay.

Christopher C. Coppie Australia, 23 aprile 2013	Bad The Grounds were nice, the place clean and the endless trips up and down the hill was reasonably quick 3,3 In a word "Terrible" ! It took 20 hours to get an ironing board and iron. It took over 20 hours to get the safe opened. There was nowhere comfortable to sit. The room was tired with staining around the bath and basin. The balcony railing was in need of re varnishing. The sea view was only seen through palm tress and amounted to see glimpses, The balcony was not fully covered on the top floor where we were and it got wet when it rained. The TV was appalling, something very small out of the 80's with a bad signal and no guide.The breakfasts were repetitive and the ceiling too low, causing the noise of a factory canteen. The staff were noisy clearing plates and failed to keep up with. Far too many steps, many without a Banister and badly lit at night. The Umbrellas and Lanai were in need of repair, around the pool. Already inflated prices were plus 10% service plus 7% Vat and not priced gross. Not may people seemed to buying or using the services and supplies which led to a lack of atmosphere. The owners need to spend time in Bali. There should be a warning to the aged and infirm that the gradients are not suitable for their safety. As for below, we flew domestic from Udon Thani, so no immigration applied. Too far to walk from plane to collection of baggage

Coppie Australia, 3 aprile 2013	not at all happy with service. ocean view is about all it had. 3 dreadful - the service was crap, the breakfast very poor and we tried to leave after one night but they would not allow us. i paid for an improved room but overall were very disappointed. i would not touch the place with a barge pole! needs lots spent on it especially on staff training who were at best unhelpful and rude.
