Coppie Italy, 21 agosto 2011	hotel bellissimo, molto cortesi e disponibli hotel tranquillo e rilassante fuori dal centro 8,3 l'hotel è molto bello con camere separate dalla struttura principale, pulite e grandi. Due ristoranti con ottimo cibo. il servizio per spostarsi dall'isola a phuket è molto efficiente.

Very comfortable to stay with a group of people. We liked the public swimming pool as well as private pool. Breakfast place is located in front of the beach and there’re many choices. We went to a remote island 5min boat ride from coconut island, which is very quiet and calm.

Famiglie con figli grandi Egypt, 12 aprile 2013	Two days of relaxation and nature enjoyment. nice/large villa , private swimming pool , landscaping /nature 7,7 We have enjoyed with our staying in very nice/large villa with private swimming pool (but it is slightly small) , the outdoor facilities/swimming pool & beach of the hotel are very good , there is free Wi Fi in all places/rooms , the check in & out was very fast . However, the location of the jetty to take the speed boat to the hotel was not very clear (it was difficult to reach to it), also the reception of guests at this jetty does not give good impression (walking long distance to call someone to take the baggage from the Taxi, bad trolley for transporting the baggage, waiting 20 min. to take the speed boat, etc.).

It was quiet and peaceful had a private beach had free kayaking and two pools!Also has an island close by called rang yai which is one of the best islands i have been to in phuket!

It is being criminally either underfunded or badly managed. In general the service is sloppy and the food poor (and expensive) Worst thing is the ferry transfer, lots of sitting around - and numerous times where a boat would bring passengers from the island, then disappear without picking up guests waiting on the mainland dock!! The taxi cartel will also not allow buses to come from the attractions to pick you up from the dock!! Forcing a high taxi charge to do anything. Management need to stop that immediately.
