The staff was super and the location is fantastic. 6 I really enjoyed the fact that I could see the ocean from my balcony. But I got bed bugs and they did not compensate me for the bites and the smell of the exterminator product. I think that for this kind of hotel it's a very bad strategy because it should'nt happen in a hotel of this standard. Also, they advetise buffet for braekfast in the morning, but it was available only 2 days out of 4.

All staff very attentive and love to chat and laugh. Had a room with a balcony overlooking beach, was perfect for sunrise and see how vietnamese exercise in the morning. Its worth a look. Had a small problem with my AC in my room so they changed my room straight away and paid for my taxi to the airport the next day. I would stay there again.

When my son lost his teddy security scoured the grounds until 'moo' was returned. Theres a cool little bar at the front. The main town is a taxi ride away but its a good spot on the beach.

Coppie Vietnam, 21 gennaio 2013	Good place with nice view but facilities is lack Nice view, goot hospitality, near good sea food restaurants and shops 5,3 not bad place to stay if you dont stay much in room. hotel is new but furniture is like second hand. toilet is bad, water supply is weak. door nfc lock is terrible. sometimes you need several attempts to open it. Sugg. sulla cucina: You can have delicious sea food at Thuy Hien, but they are not to high standards in hygiene conditions.

Only plus is it's nice sea view and quiet atmosphere. its facilities are new but poor in quality and do not meet the standards: wifi extremely slow, we have to used 3G. water taps are weak, etc. everything seems cheap and sub standard for any 2 stars hotel! breakfast is terrible, you better to skip it and go outside for breakfast. I would not stay in it in future if they do not improve.

Hotel staff were normal, when we have breakfast, we have to move other building which is located next hotel. But staff of the bar who were very kind and friendly, it is best for us.
