Viaggiatori d'affari France, 11 dicembre 2012	The only real 4 star accomodation in Hai Phong Location, near the airport and not far of the downtown 7,7 I stayed only for one night, but enough time to give a good review for this hotel. Nice staff, clean room, average food but smiley waitresses. From the hotel to the downtown area you will need to count around 5-7 usd. Sugg. su attrazioni: Everything you need to see in HP, you can do in one afternoon.

Viaggiatori d'affari Netherlands, 30 maggio 2012	Nice place, a bit remote from the town Welness facilities, surprising variety in food offer 6,7 nice hotel, with good variety of food and wine offer and friendly staff. however, very quiet and too far away from the centre of hai phong (5km). shower would not drain, leading to a true swimming pool in bathroom. internet connection was not stable, which is quite unfortunate for regular travellers. at the same time, the welness facilities were excellent. summarizing; demanding business travelers: not advised to stay here. travellers with more time: ok place. Sugg. sull'Hotel: Welness facilities are above average, and is complementary for hotel guests. Very nice.

Air condition automatically turns off and on constantly at night. location is 6 km from the city. Sugg. su attrazioni: Nothing to see in the city. Take a taxi out to the beach.

I stayed in 3 hotels in Vietnam during my trip and this was 3 times more expensive than elsewhere. I stayed because of business but could not find any justification for paying the extra cost to stay at this hotel. Lots of other hotels nearby that cater just as well.

Good breakfast,big room, big window and nice view. Capet look worn out need to update. Suggerimento: Halong bay is a wonderful trip to go and only short trip to go to Doson.

The resturant has various choice of dishes and delicious too. However, the room is very wear and tear, which much be renovated to meet the 4 star hotel standard.

Viaggiatori singoli New Zealand, 26 febbraio 2012	Exceeded expectations Large, appointed room and the staff were so polite and helpful 7,7 i went for a relaxing weekend to laze about, order room service and do some shopping and was not disappointed. the room was great although the shower over the bath was awkward to use. room service food all fine, would say average but staff were very helpful and prompt. had a foot massage which was okay. room had some noise coming through walls but not to disturbing. overall i was very pleased and would return. maybe not so great for tourists as a good taxi drive back to city centre. Sugg. sullo shopping: short taxi ride to parksons dept store and big c supermarket. there is a megastar cinema on top floor of dept store as well.

The Hotel is quiet of an evening. 7,7 A very pleasant hotel, in very good order. The restaurant offered a good selection of western and Vietnamese choices and the staff were friendly and helpful. Although only a few kilometres from the city centre the Hotel is nonetheless on the city outskirts and whilst this ensures quiet evenings it also requires a taxi trip to and fro the city when exploring Haiphong. Overall the Pearl River is a nice hotel in a pleasant city and worthy of consideration if visiting Haiphong.

Coppie United States of America, 12 maggio 2010	Best Western Pearl River Hotel, Hai Phong .Vietnam The Best Western Hotel Pearl River was an extremely nice hotel for the price that was set by booking through Agoda. Best western says it all... I was also able to acquire points by staying at the hotel for my frequent flyer mileage program. One can never go wrong with the free points awards plan… 8 I truly enjoyed my stay at the Pearl River; the staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was excellent in that it had plenty of area to move around and get your suit cases situated. The swimming pool will not be operational until next month; however I was given a coupon to use the pool under construction. A little deception the hotel is listed as a Four Star Hotel, but needs certain amenities such as a Jacuzzi Bath Tub, I had this at another hotel and the tub is what made all the difference in the stay. The current bath tub is somewhat difficult for us older folks to climb into with knee problems. I would stay at this hotel again due to the great price that I received from Agoda. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable eggs cooked to the customer’s specifications. Sugg. su attrazioni: Great launching point to see Hai Long Bay and Cat Ba Island...

Hotel Metropole Good breakfast... 5,3 I stayed at the Mai Hotel and Hotel Metropole; these hotels are not really up to par... I would not stay at either hotel again... I am sure the perfect hotel is out there... The hotel ratings are not accurate and the pictures do not correctly depict what your room will look like... Deception runs high when promoting a room in a hotel. I suggest spending the time to read the reviews and disregard the actual pictures of the hotel and rooms. The perfect hotel with large rooms can be found in Las Vegas... or a major chain hotel such as the Caravelle, Sofitel, or Sheraton, however the prices are horrendous... Sugg. sulla cucina: Pacharan restaurant was nice... corner of Hai Ba Trung and Le Loi...
