Markku B. Coppie Finland, 29 aprile 2013	Well located. Poor breakfast. Well located. 4,3 The only positive thing is that the hotel is well located. Breakfast is poor. 3 toast, and two fried eggs were raw. When I asked for butter they brought to the table for weeks old piece of butter in the bowl, which we left without eating. Breakfast is on request only. No drink other than the old tea or coffee. The worst breakfast in Hanoi. I've stayed in other hotels that are cheaper and better. I asked for the room to bring the hot water. At the front desk receptionist (male) answered the phone discourteous when I asked him twice to bring the hot water. The first time, he did not understand what I asked for.

Gruppi Vietnam, 24 febbraio 2013	Great Location with suitable service close to the center of the city, room are clean, staff are friendly 7,3 My friend and I spent 3 nights at the hotel, it is just 5 minutes walking to the center of Hanoi, we can easily find a restaurant, a supermarket, or just walking around the Sword Lake to enjoy ourselves. The room are very clean, and the staff are friendly though they just speak little English. We stayed on the second floor, hence sometimes we heard the voice talking at the counter, either late at night or early in the morning.

Coppie Singapore, 13 gennaio 2013	Decent hotel, well located Location was wonderful 8 the stay was decent. great to have working hot showered. bed sheets and room is clean. the drinks available for purchase in the hotel is decently priced. would be better if they give daily complementary drinking water. Sugg. sulla cucina: local dish, Bun Cha is just along the road. it's a roast meat and noodles served in gravy.. walk down to Hoi Kiem lake to check out PHO, noodles and Beef salads too.. these has been my favourites since 2006.

The room itself is dirty, has a filthy touch and not to mention the "yellow" bedsheets. This hotel has a lot of locals who are doing ... business and a few travellers who have been cheated like me! Breakfast is very simple which is acceptable but the bathroom is more like a hostel bathroom rather than hotel. They cannot be named hotel but only hostel. Never stay there again!

Coppie United Kingdom, 20 ottobre 2012	Nicely located and great for the price Early check in allowed! 7,3 checked in early, has to wake up the guy on reception, but were not charged for early check in. room was large and reasonably clean. shower had no curtain but bath was great (bring your own plug!) nicely located not far from the lake, it's an easy city centre to navigate on foot. staff allowed us to print for free and provided a nice car to the airport for $15 which was cheaper than a taxi by our calculations breakfast may well have been tasty. we came down to eat near the end of the allotted time to find cold rubbery fried eggs, cold rice and noodles and a couple of small squares of ham. if all had been hot it could have been tasty. we decided to go out to eat. dont let that put you off. a great cheap option hotel Sugg. su attrazioni: Puppet show needs to be done but after 5 minutes I had more fun spotting the sleepers in the crowd (of which there were loads!) At least this kept me awake!
