good for couple- family stay for few days.
Not to far from city central-price is ok.

We stay 5 days here,One things dissapoint us is no hot water in our room.we call reception,they said will fix straight away,but nothing happen for 2 days.
In overall, the hotel is good.

Small hotel with good service

room is comfortable for a single person. the location is not within walking distance to the city center. staffs are friendly and helpful.

i was on a day visit so decided to book Hoa Long Hotel. Price is reasonable. The reception was friendly as there was a mixed up with the timing. On my paper it stated 9am, but apparently i can only check it at 10 am. Nonetheless, service was OK and the room was average.
Sadly, my taxi driver got lost while finding this hotel.

Not my favourite hotel
The best thing about this hotel was the daytime receptionist. She was helpful, professional and friendly. This staff member gets a 5 for excellence.

Location not suitable for tourists. Rooms tired and dirty - sheet on bed torn and stained and towels grey and sour smelling. There is a spa offering free and discounted massages, which may appeal to some travellers. We had planned another three nights in Ho Chi Minh city at the end of our holiday and would've booked this hotel again if it had been suitable and clean but booked (through Agoda) another hotel.

good location but service needs improvement
location to places of interest

stay was ok but no hotel room service list items. also staff do not speak very good english but were trying. i did not stay in hotel entire rental days but would like to have credit if possible in future for unused days so it can be used for future stay in same hotel or arrange credit towards future hotel rental.. what do you think?
overall, stay was good and will recommend to friends.

the room is ok, clean, have window. the hotel is step back from the street so it's quiet for sleeping.
this hotel is good for hospital treatment because it's very close to the hospital.

the rooms are ok,the staff are friendly and the receptionist can speak english little bit and very helpfull person.The water in the toilet only taste different.
