Clean, near airport. 6 This is a good hotel for transit to / from the airport - only a 5 minute cab ride for about VND. Will suit those travelers who want to save a bit and not pay top dollar, but neither want to slum it in a bottom range back-packer dump. It is clean, the beds were good quality and comfortable, and there are larger sized rooms if required. The smaller ones are pretty poky though. Staff don't speak much English. Unfortunately the service was not good. We had a bad experience. Arrived late at night around 2200hrs, tired and ready for bed with our 3 young children (ages 6,4,1) and 10 bags. We'd booked the family room - large room (about 50 sq meters) with 2 double beds. The assistant helped me carry all the bags up while the Mrs and kids waited downstairs. He opened the door and showed me the room - the most tiny room with barely enough space for the one double bed. I told him it was the wrong room. Fortunately my wife speaks Vietnamese and she explained the error of the hotel. They argued and told us that we'd only paid $24 so that was what we'd get, not the family room (which we'd booked for $37). The manager insisted it was Agoda's fault, that Agoda had told them we had only paid $24. He then told my wife to phone Agoda. She refused and insisted the hotel call Agoda. The hotel then offered us a slightly bigger room with 2 beds. Again not the room we'd booked. We were getting extremely irritated now, as it was late, we were all tired and the kids were going nuts. Not what we wanted. Again we refused the second room we were offered and insisted on the family room we'd booked. They gave it to us. A whole lot of fuss and inconvenience. Took about 15 minutes to sort out and check in. The manager did apologise afterwards and claimed he had 'looked at the wrong booking'. He also promptly fixed the bathroom light that wasn't working. Despite all this, I would stay again as it was clean, in a good location for the airport and getting food.

Viaggiatori singoli United States of America, 13 gennaio 2013	Great room, a little overpriced Right next to supermarket, helpful friendly staff, next to two good bars/restaurants, clean and well lit. 7 Nice room, clean and well lit, with one solid English speaker. I was able to use Google Translate to communicate with the staff when he wasn't around and they were helpful on numerous occasions, such as helping me find an ATM and helping me contact the maid staff. The water pressure is good and the restaurant next door (Bo Bit Tet) is handy for a quick meal. There is also a great bar/resto out the door to the left to the corner, then cross diagonally with a great friendly staff. I shopped around and found two similar rooms for cheaper (25% less) but overall not a terrible place to stay, even considering the price. Sugg. sulla cucina: A restaurant is going to cost 50-60,000 Dong at the cheapest, but at the MaxiMark they have banh mi thit (deli sandwiches) for 12,000 Dong. Add a bag of potato chips for 6,000 and you still eat lunch for less than 20,000 Dong (1 USD).
