My staying with my family was lots of fun, the pool was nice. If you want to have dinner, don't order VNese foods there which are super expensive, slow service and not worthy. Try Western I believe those are much better. Also, the receptionist are unprofessional since she forgot to return my ID when I checked out. They have to sent me via EMS a day later. Anyway, the resort was beautiful, great mountain and garden view. I will be back.

In the middle of nature, great outdoor pool!

This was a great weekend getaway from Hanoi! A group of four of us went here to relax and that is exactly what we did. We rented bikes, played mini-golf and swam in the pool all day. The staff is lovely; the food was okay. We upgraded on the room and it was worth it as it was spacious. We had our own back patio to sit and have wine. I would recommend this hotel to singles and families.

Very relaxing. The staff is well trained, very friendly, polite and helpful. The resort is far from any nightlife, which is a minus for young couples but a plus for whoever wants to just relax and enjoying themselves.

AMAZING! Wonderful surprise!
The staff are amazing and very helpful. The location of the hotel is awesome, in the rice fields, surrounded by nature and close to sightseeing activities.

This was not supposed to be part of our itinerary, however I cannot imagine ending our holiday better than being at Emeralda Resort Ninh Binh. This area is not as touristy (which is great), but this will not remain a secret for long, so I suggest you go soon.

Very peaceful and relaxing
peaceful surroundings. comfortable bed/bedding/pillows. swimming pool close to room.

Very satisfied with everything. The only thing that needs improvement are the restaurants as the choice for vegetarians was quite poor and many things from the menu were not available.
