Coppie Italy, 27 febbraio 2012	spiaggia meravigliosa ma gestione così così la spiaggia e i bungalws 6,7 la spiaggia è la più bella di phu quoc e i bungalow affittati, air cond fronte mare sono nuovi e perfetti. il problema di questo hotel è che c'è poca cura nella gestione e, per quanto noi abbiamo fatto notare i difetti e le nostre raccomandazioni sembrassero ben accolte, nulla veniva fatto dai manager per cambiare le cose. il resort viene di giorno visitato da molti turisti giornalieri che creano confusione e sporcano molto e il personale del resort , al di fuori della pulizia dei bungalow, non ha un concetto molto buono di pulizia. la sensazione è che debbano ancora imparare molto sulla gestione del turismo. il prezzo poi non è neanche basso. vale comunque la pena andarci per chè starete sulla più bella spiaggia dell'isola e le camere sono molto confortevoli.

Gruppi Italy, 9 gennaio 2012	Grande posizione, e cortesia nel servizio Bungalow nuovi, spaziosi, curati, la posizione fantastica, la cucina ottima 8,7 Direi che con buona approssimazione si trova nella spiaggia piu bella dell'isola. Merita almeno una notte di soggiorno. Sugg. sulla cucina: La cucina è veramente ottima, e direi anche l'igiene visto che abbiamo mangiato gamberi crudi senza problemi!!!

Coppie Thailand, 1 marzo 2013	Busy beach front guest house Sao Beach is better than Long Beach 6,7 their wifi was said being fixed and never worked. the air con was not strong enough to cool the room. room was very new. walk far away from the guest house for better & quiet beach. the long beach club is on the right of the guest house. more expensive menu. the bed sheets & blankets were not ironed. they gave 2 bottles of water per day. they said room cleaning was done every 2 days but if we wanted room to be cleaned, we could hang the "please make up the room" out.

Famiglie con figli grandi Vietnam, 14 febbraio 2013	Nice beach but noisy and poor service Nice beach 4,3 my family and i had 3 nights in this hotel from 11/2-14/2. the first impression was the beach, it is very clean with white sand. i think that it is one of the best beach which i have ever seen, although it is quite noisy at daytime because of many people come here for relax, but it is quieter at night when they left. my family and i had 3 nights in this hotel from 11/2-14/2. the first impression was the beach, it is very clean with white sand. i think that it is one of the best beach which i have ever seen, although it is quite noisy at daytime because of many people come here for relax, but it is quieter at night when they left. however, the hotel staffs and service was absolutely gave me the opposed impression. i booked 4 rooms for my family, but they just reserved 3 rooms becase of mistake of the receptionist who handling my booki g. i must moved to another room which is in very bad condition. moreover, the manager and staffs are very unprofessional, they do not know how to organise well the hotel. whenever i order the breakfirst for my family, it took very very longtime to be served and always had some problems, ig: the food were'nt hot enough to be welldone, run out of raw material without notice till you ask again for your order, wrong bill ( always over what you orderd). i saw a customer who got very angry when he orderd bread omelet but he just had bread and had no egg. one more thing i would comment here is the price of the restaurant is very expensive, it is 2 times higher than other restaurant that just 100 m away. Sugg. sulla cucina: you should take few minutes to go to on the left of the beach, about 100m, you will find a very nice and cheap restaurant, especially seafood bbq.

The rooms were clean, big and nice, the satellite TV was good too. The rooms weren't really beach front though, because the dining area was between the beach and our room. The staff were helpful and the good was excellent. I found the beach overrated though, lonely planet had talked it up so I was disappointed to see it was as amazing. The beach were also dirty with rubbish along them. Good hotel and staff but disappointed with surroundings

Coppie Serbian, 9 gennaio 2013	Great location and clean big bungalow very nice beach 8 great location on very big nice beach. the hotel is good place to relax and get away to a city life. only one additional restaurant, at a distance of about 40 meters. good location of breakfast, in shadows, only few meters from beautiful sea. the breakfast is with very limited food choices. expensive and long taxi transportation to airport or main city, about usd 20 (very bad road). Sugg. sull'Hotel: No mattresses on beach chairs/beds.

Famiglie con figli grandi France, 5 gennaio 2013	Clean bungalow Very nice beach 8 This hotel is great for its beach with is beautifull sand, for the vietnamese food, for the bungalows (new ones). The price is ok for the location. Few advices: - If you like to remain in a quiet place, avoid absolutely saturday and sunday as just in front of the bungalows are the open restaurant with so many vietnamese familly coming there for lunch and diner. At this time it is like a train station. The other days are great. - Have somebody in the group who can speek vietnamese will help a lot to get what you want. - If you like to eat in a different restaurant everynight do not come here as this resort is far from all the others except one.

Famiglie con figli grandi France, 5 gennaio 2013	noisy during the weekend Great resort for the beach 7,7 Nice place, the bungalows are rather new and clean, the staff use to clea every 2 days except if you ask for. The beach is amazing and great for kids. Th food is good for the vietnamese meals. For wine lover just expect wine from Dalat. The staff are friendly but few of them speak english.
