We had booked for Standard 1 double room, when we arrived, the lady receptionist gave us Standard 2 room key with a reason that the room rate increased for 30/4-1/5 holiday. We refused to take that room with evidence that we already booked with Agoda and it was clearly stated standard 1 on the booking, then after that we was receiving very negative and unwelcoming attitude from that woman(???). She spoke louder than any customers that day with very impolite words (we were watching her having quarrel with a customer and they were about to fight??? What a customer service) We were kept waiting until 2pm to check in after all the other guests (they all checked in before even we turned up at 10am and just sitting at the lounge waiting waiting for all the walk-in guests to check in first). When we checked in, the room 201 looked like it was cleaned in rush. Water was still on the floor, the bedding was rough and looked old. There was only one towel for two of us. The toilet has no toilet paper. And there must be some problem with the drainage system and after shower, the whole bathroom was flooded. The main door has problem with its lock that was very tricky for us to work it out! We stayed there for two night but no room cleaning service and we gotta go down twice to ask for toilet paper! Very bad experience with the hotel and their services. If we come back Tam Dao, we'll never stay in the hotel again.

Coppie Germany, 31 marzo 2013	Wir sind sofort wieder abgereist, ohne einchecken Das Hotel war unbewohnt 3,3 Ich habe Ihnen eine Mail geschickt, dass ich sie um Unterstützung bitte das Geld wieder zu bekommen. Bisher habe ich noch keine Nachricht von Ihnen. Das Hotel war bei Ankunft unbewohnt, es sprach niemand Englisch und es war voller Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel. Daher haben wir nicht eingecheckt uns sofort abgereist. Ich bitte immer noch um Rückerstattung des Geldes da ein Aufenthalt unerträglich gewesen wäre.
