All the rooms were same size no point to get the executive room, the basic one should be fine. A bit small but comfy. The hotel near to the train station u-bahn and supermarket.
Nice breadfast for free, €5 coupon per day for gift, i was staying 3 nights so got €15, used the coupon at the hotel restaurant ,good trandional barvian meal.

S-bahn to marianplazt only 10 mins , can get the day pass €5 ( Zone 1 to zone 4 only)
Train to the airport quite expensive around €20

small for an executive room and bad internet
good location next to Ubahn station. Good breakfast

the room was quite small for an "executive" room. And internet connection was almost non-existent in the room, and barely usable in the lobby. No gym in the hotel.

Nice hotel, but a little out of the way

The rooms are nice, clean and modern. The hotel is, however, out of the way and relatively far from the tourist sights. The S-bahn stop is a short (5 minute) walk, but then its a 15-20 minute train ride to the center.

Breakfast spread is excellent;
Service is excellent too - staff are friendly; and
