Very good customer service, receptionists spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Great location for exploring Szeged. Room was adequate and clean, although quite dark as hotel is up a side street.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile

Location was very central. People very friendly. Hotel restaurant serves cheap and good local food. Good breakfast.Friendly staff.Though the neighborhood looked a little beak at night, it is situated in a perfect spot close to everything. The staff was totally helpful especially with the garage elevator. Highly recommend the hotel for comfort and convenience.

i got the room that's fitted with the various equipment for disabled people.: the bathroom looked strange first, but it didn't really bother me.
there was a strange smell in the bathroom, that was probably caused by the iron(?) in the water.
the beds were good, comfortable.
there was a sign asking the guests to turn off the minibar fridge if it was too noisy. it must have been turned off for some time when i arrived, so inside the fridge there was a terrible smell caused by the stale water.
staff was really friendly and helpful. didn't try the restaurant for dinner. the breakfast was okay, but overpriced.

Hotel Soleil (sister hotel) Newer & nicer

We had a great stay at the Hotel Soleil. The hotel was newly renovated and the staff was so nice and accommodating. The room was surprising in that the bed is in an upstairs loft type area. The bathroom is off the small sitting area.
The shower needs a soap rack or something to hold shampoo and toiletries.
The stairs to the bed were a little narrow and no rail. They have other rooms for one with disabilities, & it would likely be needed.
The sitting area is small with only chair for one, though there is a nice desk. There is also coffee & tea with a hot water pot in the room.
The staff was very helpful with directions and maps of the city and with info on things to do.
Also there is a larger living room/sitting room with small, full kitchen off the bedroom shared by four guest rooms. We were able to sit in this area & have coffee. Excellent for groups or families.

There is a coffee shop on the square near the hotel that was fantastic. In the city there is the biggest Tesco I've ever been too and it's nice & new. Lots of history here & it's a beautiful city, though somewhat undiscovered, so not too "touristy".

nagyon kellemes hely, személyzet kifogástalan és nagyon segítőkész volt. a parkolásra figyelni kell, mert csak a szálloda előtt ingyenes..
