Serviceable hotel outside of Dublin city
Close to the airport - less than 10min taxi ride to/from the hotel

simple and serviceable as travelodge hotels are bound to be. it was one of the few decently priced ones available because of the us navy-notre dame football game going on the same weekend.
20mins into the city via 2 buses (can't remember the numbers - sorry).
Suggerimento:
WIFI service is available, but it's only tagged to one device so if you have more (e.g computer + phone + tablet) you'd have to get 2-3 different codes and passwords... and it's not free.

We have stayed here a number of times before and we couldn't recommend this hotel enough. The staff are all friendly and obliging and the rooms are large, comfortable and modern. The pricing of the rooms is always competitive and is certainly the best option for budget travellers who want to stay very close to the airport. Indeed, it is also quite close to Dublin city centre. All in all a great experience. Keep up the great work Travelodge.

hotel was ok - not the best of areas

Room was ok - could have been a wee bit cleaner, food not great and staff sloppy - took us 20 mins to check in due to booking being filed incorrectly - poor location - didnt feel safe walking in the area

Location to the airport was good

The hotel is close to the Dublin Airport with Taxis readily available and buses to the City are nearby and run frequently. The hotel has lifts to each floor which was great for us as we had heavy luggage. The hotel staff, whilst not Irish were helpful, courtious and friendly. The rooms were fairly large and modern and clean. The restruant served a great breakfast and was open again for dinner. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if I needed somewhere near the airport. Undercover and very secure carpark was also available at no extra cost.
Cons: Had difficulty finding the hotel car entrance. The area appears to be run down especially the street level side of the hotel. We would be reluctant to venture into this area in the dark as there are windows smashed and some windows boarded up.

inside the hotel was fine with secure parking

i booked the hotel because it was close to dublin airport. the hotel itself is difficult enough to find and i drove around for quite a while before eventually finding it. maybe gps co-ordinates might be an idea for the hotel website. the room and hotel interior were fine. we arrived late and left early so we did not have much time to look around. we had a clear drive to the airport in the morning and the best feature of the hotel is it's proximity to dublin airport

New, modern hotel for great price
New, nice modern hotel. I was staing in a room for disabled people, so room was also very large, I don't know about other rooms size. Very friendly hotel staff.

We came just for one night before departure. We came but rented car, but we returned it before our last night, so next morning we had to go to airport by taxi. Staff was very friendly, we were able to leave our luggages in reception for free.
Our departure was early in the morning, so we couldn't try the breakfast, but it seems be nice breakfast. The price was great!
I can very recommend thi hotel to anybody.
