Lovely Hotel, Very friendly and helpful staff.
Small, clean, lovely staff, good breakfast. well situated for my purpose.

i had a weekend stay b&b. on arrival i was greeted with a warm smile and a very helpful receptionist. the room was spacious, very clean, comfortable bed,decent shower and plenty of hot water.a good breakfast was served by efficient,attentive staff. staff were very helpful and knowledgeable re local restaurants, pubs,places of interest and public transport.thoroughly enjoyable stay.i would definately use the same hotel again.very good.

Good value for the money

hotel is basically small and cosy, so you can have a good rest there after an active day. this place has got a very good location, ballsbridge area, which means 15-20 minutes easy walk to downtown (saint stephen's green, grafton street, etc.). there are some nice places around to have a dinner or just a snack. breakfast, which is included in room price, was also good, especially if you like irish food. wi-fi is available as well
Suggerimento:
There is a bus stop at Leeson Street (7 minutes walk from the hotel), where you can catch a coach straight to Dublin airport. The road will take 35-40 minutes and the price is €8.00 one way
