Furnished hotel on the busiest road

My room was at the corner on the 2nd floor, looking out to the dim patio. The room was not big, but since it was revamped from the old La Reina Hotel, the bathroom was spacious. There was a mysteries door in my room, which could be for hiding the drains. Throughout the night I heard water dripping, flushing and noise from the drains, which made me not sleeping well.

Enough for all the good comments, the only negative comments I have during my stay is I found they don't have any suitable travel adaptor for Asian; And water kettle should be provided upon request.

Great location, nice room and breakfast

It's a very good located hotel, you can find nearby everything, like good restaurants, bars, shops, cinema...etc. It's on the Gran Via, but it's not noisy at all. I would recommend it! Breakfast was also very nice!

Nice hotel, right in the middle of the town. WIFI worked perfectly, also the printing corner is useful. Breakfast is just perfect.

Top Class Hotel with a Great Location

This 4 star hotel really lives up to its name. Location is in the heart of town yet not in the noisy and rouwdy areas for a pleasant rest at night.

Very nice hotel on Gran Via
One minute walk to subway station

The room was nicely decorated with its wooden, modern touch. Clean room and bathroom.
Conveniently located with decent restaurants within five minutes walk. Nice area for shopping.
Only drawdown was the bed with wheels which moved even though lock was applied.

One of the biggest McDonalds in Madrid next to the subway station.

Good location but small room

we've stayed in madrid for 2days and it was great to stay in h10 villa de la reina hotel. the only problem is that the room is so small, the rest was excellent. it locates in the centre of madrid where u can visit lots of place around. for those who love shopping, i suggest u to stay in this hotel because u only have to walk few mins to the shop
