a "good" stay for the money

a place if you are visiting Dubai for a week or more that you will need somewhere to crash in and manage your own cleaning/dining by yourself.

Unattentive staff,

Location is good if you have your own transportation otherwise you will need to ask the staff to get a cab for you. Seems like tips are always expected. we ask for a couple of slippers and dental sets and the porter ask us to pay 10 AED upfront though he changed his mind when we said to charge it on our hotel account. upon check out the receptionist charge us again for the room though we prebooked and we have to insist for an invoice before before she let us check out.

overall was a pleasant stay.
nearby supermarket, about 100meters from hotel. about 10mins to metro station and friendly staff.

room is clean but average decor.
plus point is spinneys supermart within 100meters n metro nearby about 10 mins
very friendly staff in Kasim, just tell him yr transport needs n he will arrange.
hotel area quiet. buffet breakfast is average. but rooftop swimming pool is too cold!

This was our 2nd year staying in this hotel during the Gulf Food Exhibition. It is in good and quite location with shopping complex 24hr nearby. It's worth of our money.

Everything is accepted except for the Towels which are overused and need to be replaced and the room lighting which requires replacement to save energy.
Good thing is that everything is close to you, shopping mall, supermarket next door, Mousqe in the hotel parking, 5 minutes walk to Metro and close to main attraction in Dubai.

My stay was nice, but the cot for the baby was old and uncomfortable. I liked the housekeeping staff, the reception staff were not so welcoming though
