hotel in posizione ottima per la spiaggia
casette molto carine immerse nel giardino tropicale

hotel molto carino, ma un po lontano dal centro (7min. a piedi).colazione in ristorante molto cara,molto meglio e andar mangiare nel centro.
Sugg. sull'Hotel:
fatte atenzione a lasciare la porta aperta,sotto il tetto si nascondono spesso le iguane.

Excellent Location, Best Beach, Great Food and Bar
It is sitting on the north beach on the Island. The beach is quiet and romantic with a hearth breaking view

I always wanted to stay at Na Balam during my last few trips to Isla Mujeres but didn't get a chance to do so as a solo traveler it is quite expensive. Through Agoda while I was on the island, I found a great deal for this hotel.
There are a few hotels sitting on the north beach and Na Balam is sitting at the best location of the island. The bar on the beach is nice and inexpensive. The food was great as well. I really enjoyed my stay at Na Balam. Will go there again for sure.
The rooms are very simple (at least the poolside rooms are), but clean and nice. Downside of this hotel is rooms had no internet service and no tv.

I have been to many different types of restaurants on this island but this is the first time tried both the bar and the restaurant of this hotel. Both of them serve great food and inexpensive beers. I have been to more than 20 restaurants on this island and you don't need to go out to drink at nice, just go to the hotel bar and restaurant. They are one of the best.

Absolutely wonderful service!
Israel was extremely accommadating.

my room was very comfortable. i felt like i was in a tree house. my only suggestion would be to put a lock on the inside of the screen door, so one does not need the air conditioning at night!
Suggerimento:
The restaurant at Na balm was very good and convenient. The service was just fine as was the food.

it is a small hotel, with big rooms, very clean, the decoration of the roomas can improve, very simple, and not fashion.. it is located at three streets from the pedestrian street, were you can found a lot of restaurants.
but the higuest calification is about the beach, the most beautiful beach in town, with very nice furniture on the beach. very good quality of food in the restaurant.

The stay was very nice. The room was clean and well layed out with access to the beach. The resturant was good but the food in town was great. The down town was walking distance. The only draw back was no internet in the rooms, but there were hot spots in several places.
Sugg. sullo shopping:
This Island is very laid back. Many places do not take credit cards so bringing Pesos is advised to cover most of your eating and shopping needs.

very nice hotel, the stuff are very friendly
close to the beach, good location

the hotel has very good location on the playa norte. the room around the pool are better from inside. the stuff is very nicr and help for any question.
the shower are problematic because hot water was not all time and the power of the stream was low.
we ate launch once and it was good.

le confort de l'hotel avec ces grandes chambres et sa terrasse privative reste un atout idéal pour des vacances au calme. la mer à deux pas avec sa plage de sable blanc, la piscine,les espaces vert sont un cadre idéal à la farniente. pas très loin du centre ville pour profiter des restaurants et des magasins, c'est un bon plan pour passer un agréable séjour. emplacement
