Friendly staff and service. Wonderful locate for shoppingnear by John Hancock and five mins walk to tourist informaiton center. Moreover Room is nice, and price for room is good.

Beautiful Hotel with lots of character and charm,
Service and close proximity to ammenities,buses, Michigan Ave, Shopping, foods , great personnel.

i have stayed at the seneca multiple times. i looked and looked at other hotel web sites and nothing looked any better than the seneca. you have good shopping right out the front door., water tower shopping is literally across the street and has a good food court if you want to bring food back. the breakfast vouchers (depending on how you stay is booked) were very good and a great way to start the morning. the double decker buses are only , 1 block away and there are city buses right there also. the only thing they don't have is a pool, but we kept so busy, who needs one! my only choice for staying in chicago and plan to return there for future visits to the windy city.

The welcome center is only about two blocks away and they have info on everything, also can get cheap theater tickets at last minute.

i've stayed at the seneca before. they often have great deals on weekend stays. their suites are beautiful. the other rooms are also pleasant. and the service is good.
Sugg. sulla cucina:
check out the restaurants at michigan avenue. baisi thai is very good and reasonably priced.

Gutes Stadthotel in perfekter Lage
Nur einen Block von der Magnificient Mile, somit gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Zwei Blocks vom Lake Michigan.
Zimmer gleichen eher einer Wohnung, d.h. es gibt eine Küche, Wohnzimmer, etc.

Das Hotel ist uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen. Für jeden Hotelgast gibt es zudem ein ordentliches Frühstück im benachbarten Kaffee. Kostenloses W-Lan ist vorhanden, allerdings kein Computer-Terminal. Checkin war problemlos und man bekommt hilfreiche Tipps. Nur einen Block vom Hotel entfernt befindet sich die Touristeninfo, wo man auch günstige Theatertickets (hottix) kaufen kann.
