The hotel was so centrally located to Surfers Paradise and Surfers Beach, it was almost impossible to get any closer. Immediately adjacent to the supermarket, I was able to cater for all my needs with minimal fuss.

However, there was an overwhelming amount of teens having parties throughout various floors of the hotel. Although it didn't bother us I could see how someone who was traveling here for a quiet romantic weekend could get a rude surprise.

We requested for a baby cot and got a playpen instead. On giving feedback to the front desk, we were given a proper baby cot the next day

Coppie New Zealand, 25 marzo 2013	Comfortable hotel, great location, nice facilities Room size, gym/pool facilities, location 7,7 Our stay was overall very good, nice location and facilities however the only issues I had was having to carry around two separate keys, 1 for the room and the other for the car park, it got very annoying. Also, housekeeping didn't do a very good job at all. The room was still dirty when we returned and if we were lucky the bed would be made. Those were the only downsides but overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Oh and of course the spa bath was amazing

Really love it's design. Really spacious living area and balcony. We can just hang around there for the whole day. We also enjoy the spa bathtub, very nice! The parking facilities are convenient too. We hope to come back soon.
