The pool swimming area was fabulous and suitable for all ages. The entry to the park was a double bonus in the price. The room was neat and clean.

The swimming pool is great for our young kids. But just a little bit dissapointed for the slow service we got. In the restorant to take order take a long time, n the food came quite long. The bellboy, reception was good. The location of the hotel is quite far from city, but the transportation is easy to get. So we were quite happy in sea world hotel, but for next trip we will try others hotel. Sugg. sulla cucina: The service is slow, so for those who traveling with young kids better find other restorant

Sometimes our room was still not made up when we returned from sea world at 4pm in the afternoon, having left the room vacant for cleaning since 9.30am

Kids are everywhere and very loud Day and NIGHT. A fun holiday for the kids. Rooms are old and tired looking but the water park and pools are very nice. Food is costly at the resort but is in a god location to go out for dinner.

The facilities are great and they cater well for children with playgrounds, kids club, swimming pools etc. The rooms are of a good standard and have a pleasant outlook. We received free entry into the Sea World Park for two days even though we only stayed one night.

We had exceptional service from Bec on the front counter who worked a double shift on the Sunday we were there & she still had a smile on her face late into the night. everyone was wonderful to my girls, & we will definately stay thee again. Sugg. sull'Hotel: definately make sure you make the time to let the kids see the spongebob lightshow at 8pm each night. they will love it.
