Some capital expenditure could be useful. The heating system is outdated and noisy, to the extent that after a certain hour one feels obligated to turn it off. I could hear clearly the conversation next door, fortunately for their privacy they were speaking in a language I didn't understand. The water hammer in the bathroom was so bad that one couldn't have a proper shower.

Famiglie con figli grandi Australia, 19 marzo 2013	Excellent location, nice airy rooms and great view Location, view and rooms 8 The location is right at the Constitution Dock, would be fantastic to view the yachts finishing the Sydney to Hobart yacht race. All the attractions of the Salamanca area, incluidng the markets (Saturday only) and an aray of restaurants are at your doorstep. The rooms are bright and airy with large glass viewing windows and doors to take in the wonderful view. The self catering facilities were also very good.

We enjoyed the stay there as the room is spacious, well equipped with kitchen and laundry facilities. Also impressed by its digital TV, so nice and updated! Only a minor suggestion, there are not enough car parking facilities available. so checking in early may help securing one.

Coppie Australia, 11 marzo 2013	great location, friendly reception staff very friendly reception staff, great location & clean, comforatable room 9 comforatable, enjoyable but would suggest since it is a non smokinghotel that they should provide ashtrays on the outside of the hotel so that guest that do smoke can bud cigaratte buds in them as i found that there were buds all over the pier especially on the outseide of the main entrance of the hotel doors, which eveventually these buds will go to the beautiful waters surrounding the hotel.
