Materasso strepitoso, lenzuola morbide. TV Lcd di dimensioni importanti (50 pollici), Radiosveglia con iPod connection. Pivccola cucina ben inserita nel contesto, con accessori, microvawe e corredi. Minibar con prezzi giusti, molto vari e diverso dal solito, con prodotti ricercati. Unica pecca, la distanza considerevole dal centro, comunque servita da tram pubblici. Sugg. sull'Hotel: Senz'altro da segnalare per un soggiorno a Malbourne

The room was large and the decor was second to none. The hotle itself is quite trendy and the staff friendly. Location is perfect with a Tram stop right out the front.We have stayed in many hotel apartments in Melbourne and this was one of the best, Won't bother checking out any others next time

Coppie Hong Kong, 30 dicembre 2012	Great location, beautiful design but no view Great location, very nice cafe and friendly staff 8,3 In general it is a nice and charming hotel with great location, very close to the Royal Botanical Garden and tram station. The cafe at the hotel serves very tasty pastries and cakes, especially eclair. I got an extra night for free because of the overstay program. The only disappointing thing is there was no view from the balcony as it is facing the office building. And I cannot open the curtain because the two buildings are quite close to each other.

It is a great combi of design and function.. the room was large, comfortable bed, rain shower, kitchenette, and a very well stocked and reasonably priced minibar. Hotel has a great french restaurant, with fantastic food (try the croque monsier) at very good price. But the thing that impressed me most was the impeccable service. I had a 4am bus to catch, and the concierge very kindly extended my room to 3pm at no extra cost, as part of the Art Series hotel late-checkout service. Edgar had to move around a few guests to accommodate my late check-out request, but remain very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. The rest of the reception staff were equally professional. Although the location of the hotel is outside of the city center, there are many trams right outside that lead out to town in a short 15 min ride. Alternatively, the city center is a leisurely 40 min walk out past the scenic arts district and yarra river.
