Absolutely loved our last minute stay here so much that we booked in for another night!
From being greeted by the doorman in his tophat and tails to entering the amazing foyer of the hotel, we knew we were in for a treat. The room was lovely on the seventh floor, overlooking the Yarra and Flinders Street station in the background. The bathroom was terrific, a lovely big bath with tv and separate shower, however if you are going to have a rainfall shower head, you need to have the water pressure too!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We received a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates for our 25th wedding anniversary. We loved the room and the pool. The only downfall is that I caught a cold and sore throat and didn't feel like breakfast the next morning which I was looking forward to in the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we loved our city view. We will go back

All went very smoothly, from check in to check out. One of the cleanest and tidiest hotels we have stayed at. A relaxed atmosphere befitting of an international standard hotel.

Although price range was on higher end, it was definitly worth it. All things were carefully and thoughtfully arranged for us. We will definitly stay there again.

My stay was great at Crown Towers, worth every cent! From the moment you pull into the driveway your treated like a celebrity. Your bags are taken up to the room for you, checkin is fast and easy. When we got to our room we were pleasantly suprised by how big it was. Amazing views, two queen beds, a massive walk in robe and the bathroom - modern design, two sinks, an d a massive bath tub with a tv infront of it. Complete luxury.

A couple of hiccups but apart from that, fantastic

Overall the hotel lived up to its name and it was a very pleasant and luxurious stay! A couple of hiccups on check-in which had me in a smoking room when I specifically asked for a non-smoking and in a room with non-city views when I requested city views. But all was quickly resolved with a quick phone call to the friendly reception staff.
