Clean convenient room
Location, cleaniness, helpfull staff

Stay was nice, kind helpful staff, good spacious room. Only downside very noisy guests with kids upstairs, thumping and bumping and the sound travelled straight through the floor down into our room.

We were pleasantly surprised at how big and spacious the apartment was. The staff were very friendly and professional. We needed to organise a slightly late check out and they were happy to oblige.
There are no lifts so make sure you ask for a ground floor unit if you need it
The air con unit in the lounge was excellent, but didn't really get through to the bedroom.

Great location and facilities - no criticism

We had a great stay and wished we could stay longer. The apartment was excellent - clean, spacious and very conveniently located. Fantastic for young kids as there are plenty of kid related activities and we had the accomodation available to go back to when they were tired and particularly at the hotest times of the day. The staff were friendly and acomodated our request for an early check in and to keep our car in the under cover parking after check out. There were some mild noise issues at night due to the roadway alongside the public parking lot adjacent to the resort but considering the time of year and location, this wasn't something in the resort's control. We would gladly return and plan to stay longer next time.

a bit "cold" and sterile rooms, no breakfeast

I have not been thrilled by this hotel. I missed the possibility to get breakfast and the rooms although spacey, were not cosy. Add perhaps some nice pictures of seagulls,boats or other proper items in this great location.

None. Although shops are nearby, it is mostly fast food chains

A lovely stay at Hilary's Habour

My husband and I stayed in Hilary's Habour for 3 nights earlier this month. As our flight arrived early in the morning and were rather tired, we called in to check if we could check-in earlier (the stated check-in time is 2pm) and if we would be subjected to any additional surchages for that. I was surprised to find that the room was already available and ready for us to check into at 10am.
Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a spacious 2 bedroom apartment (2 singles in 1 room and a double bed in the other) with a beautiful view of the habour.

Nice resort in a great location
Clean, easy check in, immediate access to Sorrento Quay

We stayed in a two bedroom apt for one night as we had a wedding to attend. Although it was supposed to be a 2 night minimum stay, when I booked through Agoda I got the one night only what was great. We didn't spend a lot of time in our room, but could have, really just used it as a base. Resort quite basic, but with a pool, and the whole selling point would be that you have immediate access to Sorrento Quay. Great security, as in no-one can get in without a key. Apartment was roomy, very clean, full facilities, discounts at the quay, and a nice retreat to have a rest on a stinking hot day with the air-con nice and cool. If we had a second couple staying and paying, fantastic.
