Really nice hotel that is close to most of the entertainment and restaurants in the area. Room was nice and clean and all of the furnishings in the room were quite nice. The beds were comfortable and the help at the front desk was spot on. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Beautiful View but wish the room was better

We arrived late and the keys were left in the safebox outside the reception. The email respond was fast and due to our late arrival request, the hotel was experienced to handle this.
The breakfast crew who was English was friendly and given us advise on shopping tips. The food was great too.
Facilities was very well maintained and given the beautiful grass tennis court, we couldn't resist a game. Rental of rackets was available to our surprise.
The only thing I wish was better was the room facility. I had a 2 bedroom and there was only 1 toilet to share. Every morning and evening was a queue for bath. Being a lady, I need the mirror and there is one 1 mirror in the entire apartment; that is inside the toilet. Hence making it inconvenient.

As advise by the English breakfast crew, buy your Australian souvenirs at Perth city instead of Fremantle.

Great view and great location

The hotel location is out of Fremantle but still near. Only about 5 minutes drives to Fremantle town. The receptionist was friendly and helpfull and the 2 rooms executive apartment are spacious and comfortable. The universal socket / USB at writing table are very helpful. Our sliding door facing the pier, boats and black swan, it was fascinating. Night life in Fremantle is quite dead and we just had a coffee in town. Breakfast was great. We had the best omelette by the chef.

choose this hotel for the river view only to be dissapointed to be stuck in a corner looking at a brick wall! did request to be moved but was treated rather rude buy the staff. Second time time I have stay there. I had been told that there had been some renovations so gave it another chance. Won't make the same mistake a third time
