Viaggiatori d'affari Australia, 19 maggio 2013	Okay for the purpose location, 7,7 the gym is very old and not convenient, the rooms are good, service too, but I think next time I'll go somewhere else. Very limited TV channels, which is what you watch after a days work being by yourself. So a mixed experience. Have been in your hotel many times now, time to move on I think.

Would like to have seen a lift from the street as I had to drag my bag up the stairs and there were no porters to help. Need choice of pillows as all pillow were very flat.Could not get Foxtel to work. Water pressure in the shower was terrific. Would be good if staying longer with fully equiped kithen and washer and dryer. Studio apartment was a little small. I thought all apartments had views of Darling Harbour. Our apartment had a view of the carpark at the back of the hotel.

Viaggiatori d'affari Australia, 12 maggio 2013	Good location, pricey, basic room Room size, location, comfortable bed 6,3 I was given a room on the floor being renovated which meant plaster rubble outside my room most days and plaster dust transferred into the room every day. Room was large and airy but lighting was very dingy and poor. Bathroom was more like a basic household bathroom with no effort to conceal washing machine, drier, ironing board, etc. Kitchen was good size and well equipped. Efforts to reduce noise to residents were good since bedroom faced onto the interior of the building though this also meant building work and late night arrivals were still noisy. I thought the price paid quite high considering the building work, location is good for Darling Harbour and there are 2 cafe's either side of the entrance offering reasonably priced coffee and breakfast with free wifi.

Viaggiatori d'affari Australia, 10 maggio 2013	Great location and room self contained room with full kitchen and separate bedroom, location, in-room laundry and ironing facilities 8,7 My original studio apartment was upgraded to a one bedroom upon arrival at the hotel. The kitchen was great for my week long stay, as was the washer/dryer/ironing board in the bathroom. The location was perfect for the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre - literally 5 minutes walk from the hotel, mostly undercover in walkways (over the street/train-line). Close to tram, with links from tram to to get around the rest of Sydney.

OK, according to a staff there, this is not a hotel, but a seviced apartments, which means they have no intention to change a bed sheet during 8 nights I stayed. And when I asked to change my bed sheets, reception staff said that there are people who have never get any daily sevice. ...So? Is that mean, I have to stand all this uncomfortable sevice because everyone did? Housekeeping was extremely unsatisfied. I even saw a cockroach. Most of rooms are 2 storied, which was never mentioned before I have made a reservation. Lower floor having two bed rooms was damp and dark. Plus, I have a grandma having pain in her legs, so I had to change the room. It took several hours, because I asked to change the room at 9am and the room hadn't been prepared up to 2pm. Waste of times. I am sure that I will never stay at this apartment again.
