Large rooms, new facilities but bathroom not clean

Nice new hotel with large rooms and good location but pool was very small and only about two deck chairs available! Also bathroom could really use some 'exit mould' and the floor was a bit sticky?!? I wore fil flops the whole time.

Well presented yet there is room for improvement

the rooms are not well ventilated, the have been never fresh air in the floor hallways. Dusty and unfresh air. Similar to the rooms. Carpets need steam cleaning - feels extremely unhealthy. Room air conditions never knew air filter change.
No hot food is served for breakfast! not even a piece of cheese! Not worth of going to unless it was included in the room price. Don't pay for nothing. Grab a better range from a local supermarket and keep it in the fridge till morning.

nice yet carpets need steam cleaning and air con filters changed. Not hot food at the breakfast. Overall positive experience.

Good value for money for the two nights we stayed. Buffet breakfast a little expensive especially when you can drive a few km and be at the beach for breakfast with a wonderful view of the ocean. Apartments are a good size, clean and contain all of the necessities for a self contained apartment.When the price is right this is an excellent place to stay in the Wollongong area.

We stayed here to have a quick weekend away from cold CBR. This hotel is located north of Woolongong City. I is handy to the beach. It is a little odd to drive to from the beach as you need to do a U turn to get to the entry. Room was clean and spacious. There is a VERY handy walk through to the Pub and Bistro behind which allows you to walk out for dinner which is very handy these days.

Information on check in was lacking - no dinner service,when I asked about it was told to walk through gate at back and go to the pub, no other alernative as nothing in walking distance. Breakfast was avilable but I was not told about it. The shower was mouldy uder the soap dish and around the base.

Lovely hotel with great service

Beautiful hotel with modern amenities. Small kitchen provide basic needs required to cook a meal in the comfort of your own room. The hotel is the perfect home away from home. I had a very comfortable stay in my last stay, I enjoyed it so much that I've decided to come back. Highly recommended to any traveller.
