A little out of town but worth it for the view.
Pool is fantastic
Staff were friendly
Not a whole lot in the surrounding area. But great spot to relax for a few days

Nice hotel with great restaraunts close by

A nice place in a secure part of the city. Great restaurants just up the street. There is a good supermarket up the street to the first intersection and turn right (it is about a 5 to 10 minute walk).
There is a cash machine in the Shell gas station just by the supermarket and the MacDonalds.
At the intersection you can catch a R2.50 bus right to the airport. It comes every 15 minutes or so.
If when walking up to the hotel, bear right to the samll beach area, urn left across the rocks and you will come to the "local" beach on the north on the pool. A nice diversion.
It is a little way from the Centro area but not being hastled by street vendors all the time more than made up for it!
While the front desk was "ok" with english, the pool bar tender, Jesus, was very helpful with info and was very fluent in english

There are three really good restaraunts just up the street. The street is quite safe. We were there during the police strike and had no problems in the area at all.

Great Hotel!
Stayed @ this hotel 3 days before Salvadors Carnival and had a great time! Good locations to resturants, banks. The hotel room was very nice space. It's was clean. The first room they put us in was a smoking room and stunk.. No problem a quick call down to front desk and it was changed with no problem...

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would differently stay @ this hotel again. The rooms were a good size and clean. The staff was very attentive to what ever needs we had. The view from the hotel out on to the beach is breath taking. And for anyone getting back to the hotel late after the restaurants have closed. Have no fear Mc Donalds is but a block away!! Enjoy
Suggerimento:
The Mc Donalds! Leave out the front of hotel stay on right side of street. Walk across first street you come to the make a right @ the next street you come to and walk and you will see the golden Arches. Enjoy!!

Río Vermelho es un barrio dentro del distrito de Salvador de Bahía a 15 km del aeropuerto y 12 km del centro histórico. Cuenta con un polo gastronómico muy interesante y el hotel está muy cerca de la Av. Oceanica que comunica rápidamente la zona histórica con Barra, Ondina, Río Vermelho, Jardin de Ala, etc. En la misma cuadra hay opciones diferentes para alquilar un automóvil y desplazarse sin problemas en medio de un tráfico bastante ordenado. También puede accederse al transporte público de buses con una alta frecuencia de circulación que une el hotel con el centro histórico en 20 minutos. A solo 52 km de allí se ubica Praia do Forte, en el comienzo de la denominada línea verde y es un lugar paradisiaco al igual que mbsai. Cerca también de dos shopings importantes con variedad de opciones de consumo. Por supuesto, de fácil acceso a playas increíbles, amás de la psicina del hotel que lo hará dudar mas de una vez si concurrir o no a la playa.
Sugg. su attrazioni:
Muy cerca del hotel, Farol da Barra, Ondina, Jardín de Alá, Pelourinho. Un poco mas alejado en Ciudad baja la Iglesia de Nosso senhor do Bomfim. Si alquila un automóvil, muy cerca de la Autopista B99 que lo lleva rápidamente al circuito de la linea verde (a ua hora o dos del hotel).
