Clean big room, beware taxes and bogus insurance
Big room, Jorge the bellboy was very helpful

The rooms are nice, gym is very small and not worth going to, sauna is paid, taxes are on top and beware a hotel insurance fee that was not mentioned until the end, luckily the manager reversed the charges when disputed... Don't order room service late at night

Its The Staff Who Make a Hotel Great
Safest Area to Stay in Bogota , Colombia

The room was spacious, clean, modern with great furniture and such a comfortable big bed . Free WI-FI and a New Chef who made some great dishes for me in the restaurant there was also a very friendly guy at the reception from New York who spoke perfect English and printed out lots of things to do and see in Bogota all in all a Great Hotel with friendly and helpful staff who made me feel so welcome .

Nice Hotl but in the middle of nowhere
The hotel is well designed and stay are friendly

This was my second stay at the Lancaster House. It is a very nice boutique hotel, but there are no restaurants within walking distance, so you are sort of forced to eat at the hotel.
The breakfast buffet was really great and the menu for lunch and dinner is varied well priced and super tasty.
They could use a second TV in the living room part of the suite

Very nice stay here. Just stayed one night in between flights into the country and then over to Cartagena, but the staff was very helpful and kind.

customer service was really efficient and helpful. i was able to exercise every morning in a small yet cozy and full gym. didn't get to try the sauna, but it was good to know there is one. also, the hotel offers quite a long and varied menu. bar is cool and it was nice to see people doing karaoke too. good personalized service. good choice if you come to bogota on business or with your family, especially because of the areas.

Bogota has very intense nightlife. Make sure you ask what' hip in town.

Came again and was very pleased to see that good quality is the standard. Cute gym, very nice bar, good food, but especially big and comfortable suites. The rain shower is a nice touch of class in the bathroom.

attentive staff very big room

i just had a long layover and stayed here. hotel refused to cancel my credit card voucher deposit due to national holiday-- makes me very uncomfortable. other than that it was a good, but short experience.
