The location was fantastic, 3 min walk from S7 Sbarn Station from airport. Less than 5 min walk to Belvedere Palace. Two great team links. Hotel is very spacious, check in was easy with friendly staff. Our room was so spacious overlooking garden. Very quiet & peaceful. The best was the breakfast! What a great selection of hot & cold food , drinks & fantastic coffee & tea selection. It was worth every €!!!! I would highly recommend this hotel for both business & pleasure.

My child and I enjoyed our weekend holiday at Hilton Hotel Vienna at Stadtpark a great deal. The location is superb, direct from airport s-bahn train or CAT Landstrasse. And just less than 2 minutes walk to U-bahn underground where you could reached the city centre; Stephansplatz and Mariahilderstrasse in just less than 15 minutes. The hotel is located next to the Stadtpark or Vienna City Park, I assumed the view from higher category in Hilton offered the best view of this park. From moment we arrived, staff was very attentive and thoughtful. Once we arrived in our room which were situated in a higher floor, we were so delighted and glad that our room was slightly larger and more spacious than we have thought. As usual for Hilton Chain hotels, the bed was so comfortable and the duvet was so soft and very relaxing- simply ultimately relaxing! The bathroom was okay with medium standard amenities offered. The room was cleaned and well taken care by the housekeeping lady who were so friendly, thoughtful and working hard to make sure every spots in room are not overlooked and well cleaned and organized. The breakfast was brilliant, lots of choices of great hot and cold menus as well as made-to-order warm cookings, staff at the breakfast room was even more friendly and very efficient, all of them ensure that we received juices, teas and coffees to complemented our breakfast! One thing, that I wished this hotel would have is the swimming pool or at least small whirlpool where guests could access and included in the hotel tariff. Overall, the stay is remarkable and memorable one. Despite the fact, that our baggage from Milan Malpensa Airport delayed and haven't been located, the staff in the hotel ensured our stay is remarkable one! We will surely come back again.

I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel located within 15 minutes to the city area. There is also a substation within 3 minutes walk away called Rennweg station. The tram station is just within a stone's throw away from the hotel too. So getting around Vienna from the hotel is as easy as ABC.For Asians who yearns to have local Chinese food wherever you go, there's a Chinese restaurant right next to the hotel to fulfil your cravings. The supermarket is quite a walk away though, nearer to the city side. But if you do not mind eating on the go, there is a lovely kebab stand near the entrance to Rennweg station which sells delicious juicy kebabs. Facilities wise, there is gym on the 5th floor of the hotel which looks good from the outside though I did not have the opportunity to use it. The breakfast array of food is ok, the smoked salmon is fresh, the juices are delicious but the food menu did not change throughout my 7 day stay at the hotel. It would have been good if they have changed the menu so that I won’t get bored with the same food for 7 mornings! I attended a conference at the same hotel and so far the experience has been good. The rooms are big, comfortably warm with continuous flow of water and juices. The room is huge and has a nice balcony attached to it. It would have been lovely to have an open balcony in the summer which I did not have the opportunity to do so in my recent trip. The toilet accessories are of high quality, quick access to warm water with good water pressure. There is no toothpaste and toothbrush supplied though and no room slippers, which would have been useful for light travellers like me. I would have expected a separate shampoo and conditioner from the body bath gel though but that is a small matter. TV programmes leave much room for improvement. There are only 2 channels which are English speaking and they are more of a documentary / news type rather than an entertainment. The rest are foreign to me. The receptionists are sup

Eurostars Embassy is approximately 10 minutes away from Kardinal-Nagl Platz U-Bahn station on foot. From Kardinal-Nagl Platz, it takes just a couple of minutes by metro, to most of the major attractions around Vienna. The hotel is also extremely accommodating, and provides free wifi service (not specified on Agoda). The staff members were attentive, efficient and friendly. The room is also clean and comfortable, while the bathroom is unexpectedly spacious. If you wish to stay close to the city centre, but do not wish to pay the price of a 5-star hotel, Eurostars Embassy is definitely highly recommended!

A really lovely spacious apartment . Great friendly staff who were always on hand to help. Spar shop just around the corner and location is ideal with a small walk to all attractions. Next door to the ice rink and theatres. We did need to ask for a kettle to be brought up but staff did it without any questions. My only downfall was we couldn’t find it when we arrived as the sign had fallen off outside and there was no indication that we were at the hotel. Also the hotel as changed name to HiLight which was also a little confusing. Overall a great stay and I would definitely recommend

This hotel is 20 minutes walk to the centre of Vienna. We liked the walk and found it easy to get to the centre. The room was gorgeous and we loved the pool. We thought the breakfast was quite expensive (€28) so we didn't get it. The only other thing was the air con was very loud. However, it worked really well so we didn't mind. I'd stay here again when going to Vienna.

The distance from Wien Mitte Mall not as easy and as near as the map described. As the hotel reception quite hidden and quite tough to drag our heavy suitcases through those stone path way,. On the first day we arrived we had room with one of the bed really almost attached to the bathroom, door, next one there were some kind of bugs flying around in the room, I catched 3 of them and when I moved to the new room, I had problem with the basin. On the last day I had late check out until 1pm as not possible until 2pm since the hotel will have another guests in group was coming. With all those matter, I would like to thank you the staff who tried gave me another option for another room on the next day and arranged for the late check out.

it is nice business themed hotel in quite an industrial part of the city. although the hotel itself is situated in an otherwise not so attractive area, (not that it is unsafe or anything but seems very business like) but it is easy to reach the center by tram. if your main area to visit it the ring, then just take the tram number 71 which has a stop just 100 meters away from the entrance of the hotel, and you can reach the ring in less than 15 mins. the hotel itself is quite new, it is a part of a group of hotels in austria called austrian trend, and if i am not mistaken it is the most recent one. the hotel has a business-like theme but rooms are really comfortable and clean. i have visited vienna many times and this is one of the best hotels i have stayed in. the price i got was ok for the high season, about 65 euros, which is a wonderful rate for a nice 4-star hotel in vienna in the middle of the summer.

We enjoyed three separate stays at Hotel Artis. The greatest attraction is its proximity to the city centre (ringstrasse), the subway, and the tramway. Closeby are a number of cheap eating places, and several ATM's are available inside the bank that is adjacent to the subway. The hotel staff are very friendly, and are helpful with luggage storage if you have a late flight or an early check-in. The breakfast is hearty and diverse and really gets the day started well. The hotel staff are very helpful in organising local tours.

We stayed here for three nights. I selected this hotel after having done my homework, so I was aware of the smaller-sized bedrooms, lack of closet and open-view shower. I still chose it because it was quirky, the restaurant had great food and it was a good price for Vienna. If you're traveling solo and hence not concerned about privacy within the room, you'll be fine. If you're traveling with your partner and don't mind the lack of space for a few days, you'll be fine. The hotel is right next to the Belvedere, the only sight that's outside of Vienna's city centre. Personally, I enjoyed being away from all the tourists...
