"Exceptional staff, very helpful, you can ask the for any suggestion you need for places to visit. Room request was handled very well(bed sheet was included in the price by the way). The location is good, you get a small shopping center where you can find several fast-food restaurants, two supermarkets, some shops etc. Underground station is 4 minutes walking, you can get to city center by 18-20 minutes, or even less depends where you are going. The price is one of the best you'll get in Vienna for these dates. If you are a solo traveler, and/or fly on a budget, this place could really fit you."

"My family and I booked this hotel quickly right before we arrived. We had to move from our airbnb after seeing it. This hotel was very clean and a pleasant stay. The A/C worked in one of the twin rooms we had, but not the other. Not super close to downtown Vienna, but close to a tram stop and metro stop, so it doesn't take too long to get where you want to be with a ticket."

"The hotel looked really nice, it was really clean and had all the amneties. It also featured a heated pool, which was a welcomed addition. The city centre was in easy reach by using either the subway or the tram (the tram station was just in front of the hotel). The hotel had its own parking (which one had to pay for), but it was really secure and nice, especially since the street was undergoing roadworks and therefore finding a parking space would have been a challenge. On the down side, there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, there were no slippers and bathrobes in the room (which made going to the pool a little difficult), and there were repairs happening in the street, which also meant some noise from 9 o'clock onwards."
