I think I came at wrong time. My room kinda noisy with ac current buzz noise. Water heater not functioning. And the everytime someone try to open/close the door, you can hear the impact sounds which make you wake up.

We booked via Agoda, when we arrived the receptionist told us that it was the double of the price we saw on Agoda also that there was no hot water for the night. The room was also very dirty : hairs on the bed, on the pillows and there were dirty spot on the sheets and the floor was very dirty too. When we asked for someone to clean the room the only thing they could do for us, was to give us new sheets.And we had to remake the bed ourselves. The next morning when we asked for the prices again, they had magicly increased again... Simple advice, don't bé attracted by the prices that are on the Booking sites, because it's not the same when you arrive there. It's dirty and client service is terrible.

The hotel is very noisy. Given a very tiny room, air con making loud noise. The staff non stop banging the door when he out from counter for smoking. Staff is smoking within the vicinity. Can't sleep the whole night. This hotel don't even have a ground lobby. Don't stay here.

The best hidden gem on kuantan”
This is my first time here. After looking around on the internet i found this hotel .for the price of rm 38 , the experience i got here is absolutely stunning. 5 star !! Underrated and best value for buck!!

Hotel condition is good but do prepare for more iron board in the hotel. And also the floor was smelly. Maybe the mop they used in the hotel not fully clean. Easy to find the hotel. Easy to find the shops nearby. Walking distance to Mydin and also Guardian.

+ many parking area, kind receptionist, good TV signal, very excellent WIFI, bathroom inside with hot shower, table for placing things, sejadah and kiblat. - no lift for hotel that have more than 1 level, found insects in the bathroom, water is too hot when switching the heater on @ difficult to adjust the temperature. Probably booking again if going on a solo trip, and vice versa if going with family with elders and children.
